Excellent place to visit. Top pool has the cabanas and sun loungers. The bottom pool was more enjoyable with a swim up bar and cover from the sun. Top pool has no shade unless you have a cabana which im pretty sure there is a minimim spend. We really enjoyed ourselves and thought the cost was really good for $16nzd per person which included pool towel, locker, shower facilities, 1 non alcoholic drink & 1 main course. Choices for free drink was ice lemon tea or orange juice. Food choice was pasta, sandwich or nasi goreng fried rice. We ordered a few coconuts for extra $5 each. Hubby had a massage in their spa on the very bottom level and said it was amazing with the beautiful surroundings. Surrounding gardens & their bamboo restaurant is beautiful. We had our free meals in one of the sit down huts on the water. The only reason for 3 star was the womens changing facilities were very dirty. Toilets were dirty & we were surprised at the signs of grime & aging in the changing rooms considering this is a new venue. We were taken aback by that despite the beauty of the rest of the venue. Staff very lovely although lost in translation with pool towel boys but we were happy with their service! Definitely worth a visit just hope sanitary areas are cleaner next time or have someone there to maintain cleanliness during the day. Photos are carbonara(delicious!) & nasi goreng, complimentary lemon ice tea & orange juice plus photos of the main restaurant and the huts on the water where we ate our lunch. We were a group of 7.

If you're looking for a luxurious escape tucked into the lush heart of Bali, Tlaga Singha Tropical River Club is an absolute gem. We spent the day soaking up the stunning views, enjoying top-notch amenities, and making family memories that will stick with us long after the trip ends. Let’s start with the infinity pools — they’re just as breathtaking as they look in the photos (maybe even better). Cascading over the jungle valley, the pools create the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. The kids dove right in and didn’t stop smiling the entire time. With shallow areas for little ones and space for the more confident swimmers, it was ideal for families. While the kids splashed and played, my partner took full advantage of the on-site spa — and according to them, it was one of the best massages they’ve had in Bali. Peaceful setting, skilled therapists, and the kind of treatment that leaves you floating out the door. The amenities were top-tier: plenty of loungers, clean facilities, attentive staff, and well-curated food and drink options to keep everyone fueled and refreshed. Whether you’re sipping a cocktail by the pool or grabbing a bite with a view, everything is thoughtfully done. Tlaga Singha is more than a day club — it’s an experience. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with friends, or like us, with kids in tow, it caters beautifully to everyone. We left feeling completely recharged and already talking about when we can come back.

I recently visited Tlaga Singha Bali restaurant and infinity pool, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Theestablishment's locationt is stunning, surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a serene atmosphere. The staff at Tlaga Singha Bali were friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. They were cautious and made sure that my needs were met promptly. I appreciate their excellent service and dedication to making guests feel comfortable. One of the highlights of this place is the unique architectural design of the two infinity pools stacked on top of each other. It's a visually striking feature that sets this establishment apart from others in the area. The views from both pools are breathtaking and provide an excellent backdrop for relaxation. Now, let's talk about the food. The pizza at Tlaga Singha Bali was decent, but it didn't quite reach the level of excellence that I had hoped for. While it was good, it wasn't a must-try dish. I suggest exploring other options on the menu as well. Despite this minor setback, Tlaga Singha Bali offers a beautiful experience overall. The combination of its fantastic location, lush surroundings, friendly staff, and unique architectural design make it a worthy destination for a relaxing day or evening. I recommend visiting this establishment and taking in the beauty it has to offer.

Came for a quick lunch after the zoo (on a Wednesday). Summary/TLDR: awful food, poor service, complete waste of money all the way around. A huge rip off.

All in all, extremely disappointing. We were told we had to pay a cover of 200k per person (unlike other reviews, nothing was “included”). We ordered the “herb stuffed mushrooms”, crispy duck and an open faced steak sandwich.

Mushrooms: incredibly bland and no herbs in sight, these were just 3 white mushroom caps with some minced carrot on top with a sliver of melted cheese.

Crispy duck: bland. The duck contained hardly any meat and what meat was there was also crispy (unlike, say, a Peking duck…yes I know this isn’t China, I’m only offering it for reference). Came with some sides that I couldn’t identify (one appeared to be green onions or peppers with peanuts) and some white rice, as well as some fried onions (that were just soaking in oil, not crispy).

Open faced steak sandwich: Bland. Again! The bread was just white, soggy bread with no value…we took the steak off and tried to eat it separately. Fries were soggy and had no flavor.

We asked if they had steak sauce, Tabasco sauce, and soy sauce. No tabasco or steak sauce…The waiter eventually came back with what he proclaimed was “soy sauce”….I stuck a spoon in it and found out it was actually caramelized sugar which looks like soy sauce but is sweet and not salty. We asked for salt and pepper, got told they didn’t have any of those either. I told the next waiter that what I had been provided wasn’t soy sauce and he said “oh, we don’t have soy sauce”. Then why try and pass off this other thing as soy sauce??!!!

Honestly we left most of what we ordered on the plate. We had asked our driver if he knew of a “good spot for lunch”….maybe next time we will specify a place a local might go. Frankly, since this place clearly caters to westerners, and is charging a boatload of money, you’d think they would have made their food just a smidge more palatable.

Edit: In the response to my review, the management team indicates that we must have “highly appreciated the food” because “there was nothing left on the plates” - this is 100% completely incorrect. As clearly noted above, we left almost all food on our plates. Just to be entirely clear. We tried to eat it because of the price, because we had already spent the money, but implying that we somehow enjoyed any of the forced bites is just a flat lie. It was so bad that despite not wanting to waste the food, we couldn’t eat even 1/3. Furthermore, the fee may or may not be comparable with other resorts - that’s not the point. It’s whether or not it was worth the $ (being forced to spend 200k rupiah per person on terrible food). And, for anyone curious, it’s worth noting that in the last 6 months the fee and what is included or not included seems to vary wildly based on…well…I have no idea. When we went, there wasn’t another soul at the restaurant and it was the middle of the week at lunch. So you can’t even rely on the fee being 100k or 200k…maybe you show up...

We booked Tlaga Singha through Klooks and Tlaga Singha refused to honour the price we paid. Well they let us in first and then whilst we were eating they came and told us we had to pay again. We even had to contact Klook in Hong Kong and Tlaga Singha refused with them confirming our booking also so we had to pay again but a much higher price. Klooks were brilliant as they refunded the difference. We literally wasted 2 hours of our time here trying to call Klooks and show them it’s all confirmed even after given them all confirmations printed out and on our app. We brought my parents here for their 50th wedding anniversary but We basically spent the day doing their job. They make the contracts with Klooks not us. The place would’ve cost $5million to build but they won’t honour booking prices. Also every contact they gave us to pass on to Klooks was wrong, like they didn’t want to speak to them. Klooks ended up speaking to them from my phone. And they still refused everything. Ruined my parents wedding anniversary and didn’t apologise or anything. Meant to be a place to relax but we paid to do their job and get a headache and stress. Rudest staff in Bali and just trying to rip people off!

EDIT: as I can not reply to your reply I must update my review in response. You are still trying to blame Klooks when it wasn’t them. They never cancelled before we went there. I received an email reminder 2 days before our booking. I called them in Hong Kong and they still had the booking confirmed. Again, you are lying. They didn’t lie about their phone numbers either. Do NOT try to give them a bad name when they have been nothing but professional throughout this incident. Our other bookings with Klook had no problems and our day at Apurva Kempinski all went smoothly and was way way better than Tlaga Singha and it was cheaper. You ruined my parents 50th wedding anniverstay, we spent 1.5 hours doing your staffs job and you (who never once came out to help with the matter as a GM) are still deflecting from the issue caused by your staff. For starters, if there was a booking issue and not a $$$ issue, they should never have let us in until it was sorted out. Instead they let us in and then we ended up with cold food, a headache and not being able to relax whilst doing your job. 100% Tlaga Singha fault and you still haven’t...
