Food is extremely BELOW EXPECTATIONS, especially bearing the famous name WARUNG ITALIA

For Italian Food Lover, you will find their pasta sauce is very Indonesian instead of Italian taste. It tasted very Plain, too much sugar that makes the sweet taste is just sugary taste.

We told the staff bout it and she took it back to kitchen and came back with a smaller portion which we suspect they did not make a new one for us instead just put it back on the pan and add some salt and then put more cheese.

Very disappointing, especially with the price we paid expecting for Italian food but was given just an Indonesian-taste Italiano

Will NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN

Better come to Warung Ava or Il Pomodoro where they ensure taste is worth paying every rupiah.

Cappucino is way too much milk especially for the size of the cup that actually is ok size fior hot cappucino but coffee tasted weak, sbux makes better cappucino than this place 🤨

Lime squash tasted super bitter, how did actually you treat this lime that i squeezed bitterness instead of sourness.. weird 🤨

What's the point of establishing another joint if the management CAN'T SIMPLY COPY AND PASTE THEIR RECIPES?!

I came when it was pouring rain heavily with heavy wind, and the staff must be told to.put down their plastic curtain and we have already got sprinkler of rain on our body and food.

And they have more than enough staff in charge to be aware of this rain situation but their level of service is that low that they must be told to do the proper conduct during that situation.

So, my honest opinion about this place, 2 out of 10, I give 2 coz place has good ambience and enough car parking space

But for food... better spend your well earned dime...

Just a scandal. Yes, there are still the restaurants and pizzerias that are losing their dignity and style. Apparently the owner is now too old to keep track of quality or service. The staff are unfriendly women with no knowledge of English and an innate ignorance. We had the same complaints 6 months ago and 3 months ago. We told the boss about it every time, but apparently nobody cares anymore. You are not able to serve 4 drinks at the same time. The food came earlier and was worse than fast food in an airport. All dishes were served 10 minutes apart. Eating together is not possible here. The spaghetti arrabiata was floating in an oily sauce without tomatoes. In return, there was neither vinegar nor oil with the tomato salad. The waitresses didn't understand what they wanted from you at all. They just ran around without any coordination. Unable to clear a table from the dishes used. Nobody was interested in offering more drinks or even asking if the food tasted good and everything was okay. The pizza had a bland taste and the bruschetta was oily bread with a stingy teaspoon of tomatoes on top. Just as the rice field view is now disappearing through the new construction sites in the neighborhood. So this arrogant Italian warung should go away too. Don't go! Am a Sunday night regular because of the latin dancing, so wish to support my friends who host these events. The most noticeable thing is the staff turnover, which has gotten to the point where you are served by people who haven't a clue and are untrained, meaning that for the people at our table, nobody received what they ordered after waiting for far too long. I avoided a similar problem with drinks by getting them myself from the bar by telling the staff how to make what I wanted. We know how poorly the staff here are paid. Many of us go to dance and were upset at the lecherous Italian owners attempts to embarrass our friend by interrupting her while dancing by insisting that she dance with one of his ignorant friends, the intent was crudely obvious and brought my friend to tears. Maybe this pig is able to get away with this type of behaviour in Italy but you're in Bali now so show some respect because you need the local people more than they need you. The mediocre food added to the rotten service given by unhappy staff. There are so many great places in Bali to enjoy fine food, friendly, happy local people and good dancing and this isn't...
