Really reccommend this place for a group or family dinner

My fav menus are: ikan mas goreng kering, cumi goreng telor asin, and cah kangkung. They come in quite a large portion for 3-4 people. It cost me about 380.000 for the occasion. They will also include sayur asem as complimentary food

The outdoor vibe is great, the atmosphere is remarkable.

Things I don't like: the waiters were nowhere to be found. It was a large place, the waiters serve 2 floors and there were also large karaoke room and room with aircon. Most of the time, I feel the restaurant is understaff. Made the waiters nowhere to be found.

believed to be on of legendary place in Balikpapan. you can tell from the setting and ambience of the restaurant that this place has been there for quite a while. they have a variety of meals on the menu. starting from sea food and steaks. a friend recommended the ox tongue steak which was ok for me. and the sea food also good but not the best. i would see the restaurant as one of alternative aside of Dandito and...

I don't know, but at some point, this place is overrated. Don't get me wrong, it's a good place, great place. The bread is good, the place is great. I just don't think, it is THAT good. Never tried the restaurant, just the bread, to be fair, maybe then, I can see what the fuss is all about. There are also cookies, and ice cream. I don't know whether they produce the cookies or just sell them....
