Konro Puncak — Restaurant in Balikpapan

The konro here is absolutely delicious, tender and generous portions. It's truly a hidden gem! It feels like dining at home (you need to take off your shoes to enter). Plus, the view is stunning, right at the top. The only minus is that the staff can be quite rude. I got scolded twice: first for asking about the rice (it was out and I had to wait), and then for asking about a table for two to break the fast. The staff snapped at me, asking if I didn’t see the empty table. We didn’t know if it was reserved! Strangely, the more I got scolded, the more I found myself enjoying...

Wow.. This is trully one hidden gem for konro (which are one of south sulawesi signature diah) in balikpapan ! The place was really great ..the view of the city was amazing from this place.. But the food is the star of this place.. They only sell sop konro here.. A rib served with black soup.. The taste are wonderful.. One bite and you will want more.. They also served salted duck egg, otak otak and crakers here.. I will definetely come back ...

Oke ku coba review dari pelanggan yg berkali2 datang kesini.. kalau dari makanan menu makanannya cuma satu ya gaes sesuai nama, sop konro..minumannya pun minim ya jeruk sama teh atau air putih aja..tapi overall dari rasa enaknya masuk top 3 konro terenak yg pernah ane rasain..dagingnya ga susah dilepas dari si tulangnya, empuk pula, dan kuahnya pas ga berlebih dalam bumbunya.. tambah pakai telor asin dan emping tambah nikmat.. Tapi yang bikin betah adalah tempatnyaaa.. karena memang dirumah yg punya ya, jadi berasa ga kelar2 buat ngobrol santai.. Sediakan uang cash ya gaes..krn ga ada sistem2 cashless disini.. Musholla, toilet disediakan didalem rumahnya.. Parkiran mobil bisa 9 lah max.. garis parkiran motor dan mobil udah dipisah, dulu belom ada soalnya.. Dan klo kesini siap2 pake kendaraan yg bisa nanjak (sesuai nama - puncak) karena kemiringannya 45° lah..klo jalan dari jalan utama dah dipastikan makannya pake telor asin atau nambah lah..hehehe..
