Best Ayam Kremes in Balikpapan! I’ve tried many places, but this one really stands out. The portion is very generous tho! The kremes is super crispy, the chicken is juicy and flavorful, and the sambal is absolutely on point: spicy, fresh, and satisfying. Despite they have many orders (especially with Gojek/Grab/Shopeefood), the serving time is impressively quick, which makes the experience even better. Aku dateng ke resto ini pas hari Minggu, 30 Juli 2023, sekitar jam 4 sore buat makan sore. Tempatnya gede dan banyak meja kosong, jadi aku gampang dapet tempat duduk. Suasananya cozy dan adem, gak terlalu rame atau ribut. Resto ini juga bersih dan rapi, baik di tempat makannya maupun di WC-nya. Servicenya cepet dan baik, pegawainya banyak dan tanggap.

Untuk minum, aku pesen jus semangka. Harganya lumayan murah, tapi gelasnya agak kecil sih menurut aku. Mungkin bisa ditambahin dikit lagi biar lebih kenyang. Ada banyak pilihan jus lainnya yang keliatan yummy, kayak jus mangga, jus jeruk, dan jus sirsak.

Untuk makan, aku cobain ikan Nila Gami. Ikan Nilanya lembut dan agak tipis, sambelnya gak pedes tapi lumayan lah. Aku juga pesen bebek kremes. Bebeknya renyah dan bumbu-bumbu, tapi sayangnya agak keras dan susah buat digigit. Mungkin bisa dimasak lebih lama atau dipilih bagian yang lebih lembut.

Secara keseluruhan, aku seneng dengan pengalaman makan di resto ini. Harganya biasa aja dan sesuai sama rasanya. Resto ini cocok buat makan kapan aja, baik siang maupun malam. Aku harap nanti bisa lebih oke lagi, terutama buat bebek kremesnya. Makasih...
