Ambience really sell this cafe, comfy and well designed. Service also friendly too, especially the barista really know the coffee quality or taste.
Avocado coffee taste well balanced although not the best, and the Tolak Angin Chocolate is really something unique especially on the windy day.
However the big letdown was the food, for example the sirloin one, one of the toughest meat if not done right, it was cooked medium but itβs very hard like over well done,although the taste itself quite good, sorry, this is a bad one.
The karubi meat also a bit hard, seems like they need to reconsider their meat supplier for the sake of quality.
Given the price range of the food, it has failed miserably in terms of meat quality. We take out the food but eat it almost immediately...

Food is good, coffee is excellent. Prefer manual brew method, but the americano also great.
Prefer to go to the airport outlet or at Lampung walk outlet, i guess because the ambiance of this place. No need to be offended okay!!

Kenyataan pas bayar saya dikenakan 89rb sebelum pajak dengan alasan kalo spicy harus tambah sambal senilai 20rb. Tidak ada penjelasan dari waiter yg melayani saya dan tidak ada notes juga di buku menu. Tlg itu buku menu dibikin baru ya kalo uda bnyk perubahan!!!! Jgn malah dibikin loophole utk menjebak konsumen!!!! Buku menu nya aja uda uda bnyk yg robek dan pudar dan perubahan harga cuma ditempel pake correction tape.
pengalaman saya beli kopi biji disini kaya di warung, harusnya untuk sekelas els coffee (termasuk cafe lama dan elit di lampung) pelayanan bintang 5.
saat saya datang tidak ada sapaan apa pun, bahkan saya yg harus menegur karyawannya. saya pernah dapat biji jelek dan itu ketauan dari baunya, oleh karena itu saya mau digiling dan jgn segel dulu untuk dicium baunya, kalian tebak apa yg terjadi, karyawannya manggil saya ke tempat penggilingan, bukan karyawannya yg antar ke bangku, ini cafe ato warung ya?? kalo warteg ato rumah makan biasa saya maklum ya self service dan untuk kopi yg saya beli tidak sedikit karena bill saya sendiri 500k.
tolong jadiin intropeksi ya, jgn karena sudah terkenal, pelayanan ke customer...
