Ekara Café in Bandung is a delightful spot that offers not just coffee but a complete experience for its visitors. Nestled in a serene part of the city, this café combines aesthetic charm with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by the beautifully designed interior, blending modern industrial elements with touches of greenery that made it feel cozy and refreshing.
The coffee menu is impressive, showcasing both classic options and unique blends. I tried their signature Ekara Blend, a perfect balance of bold and smooth flavors, which was a testament to their dedication to quality. Pairing it with their homemade pastries was an excellent decision; the croissant was flaky, buttery, and fresh. For those who prefer non-coffee options, their artisanal teas and cold-pressed juices are worth exploring.
What truly sets Ekara Café apart is its ambiance. The space encourages relaxation and connection, making it ideal for working remotely, catching up with friends, or simply enjoying a moment of solitude. The friendly staff enhanced the experience with their attentive and polite service, ensuring every visitor felt cared for.
It’s not just a café—it’s a place where creativity, community, and comfort come together. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast or someone looking for a tranquil hangout spot in Bandung, Ekara Café is a must-visit...
Read moreThe place is very well designed and decorated its a very good place to work, eat, or just simply chill with the various menu of meals, snacks, and drinks. Sadly i only ordered one of the cocktails at this moment, i ordered gillie fix and it’s a very delicious and refreshing cocktail to accompany my afternoon at the smoking area while enjoying a great view.
But the thing that i would like to highlight is the service, it is superb, when I first came in they greeted me and lead me to the side of the bar to inform me with the ordering system, and then the guy that greeted me (glasses dude with tattoo) lead me to the smoking area as I preferred smoking and he showed me to my table, this is really really delightful.
Then as i scrolled through the online menu, a waiter (the guy with the slightly greyish hair) ask me have i made a choice to order, then he ask me have i tasted the menu before or do i heard it from a friend, he inform how the menu was since it is a bit sour, and he proceed to order my drink, he gave a very positive vibe and is very friendly.
Kudos to both of the waiters that is very helpful and friendly to me, you guys are the highlight of my visit. Hope to see you guys on my next visit.
10/10...
Read moreVisited twice: once in a weekday alone and once in a weekend with a group of 3, both on afternoons. Got a table easily on both occasions.
Place was Harry Potter-themed and it was raining non-stop, but unfortunately their playlist did not match the vibe. It would be really cool if the music they play is curated to match the atmosphere. I tried to sit both at the booth and near the billiard table. I prefer the booth as it was the non-smoking area.
I enjoyed both my orders: the Flying Lion (coffee latte with butterscotch and sea salt), and Kumara (coffee latte with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves). Both the butterscotch and salt in Flying Lion is noticeable but not overwhelming. However, it needs to be stirred occasionally as the syrup tends to separate on the bottom. I especially prefer Kumara, which tastes like fragrant speculoos cookies from its spice...
