McDonald's — Restaurant in Bandung City

Loved how the upgrades exist here! There are now self-service machines to order foods and drinks by ourselves which is a truly helpful and effective tool for us, customers. Its place has been always maintain the health protocols which I really appreciate the most. Moreover, the menu keeps upgrading as well, there are, indeed, several new foods and beverages on the menu and I adore how they always keep up with the great quality and good price.

A very recommended fast food restaurant! It's located on the Ground Floor of Istana Plaza Mall, it's very easy to find, even from outside of the mall. The service, food and place quality really worth the bucks...

Came here when I was waiting Samsat lunch break to be over. Not too far, just a 5 minute walk (I'm a fast walker :). Food is standard, not because it's bad, because obviously McD is a franchise. Not much seating at the time of social distancing measures, but it's not packed either at lunchtime. You can easily find an empty seat, also short queue. It's located inside Istana Plaza, so if you're currently not far from this place, I recommend you to just walk and not bringing your vehicle. Practical, and also burning those fast...

Tepat hari ini tanggal 03 Oktober 21, saya memesan 4 pcs ice cream rasa strawberry sundae, 2 choco sundae, MC flury, dan Coca cola. Sistemnya diantar sih ke meja, biasanya ditempat lain ditunggu juga boleh. Setelah menunggu kurang lbh 20 menit, akhirnya pesanan dtg. Saya terheran heran kok standar kualitas ice creamnya berkurang drastis ya? Sepanjang saya mengenal MC donals, dr kecil klo saya mau beli ice cream, pasti pngnnya di MC donals. Selain rasa ice creamnya yg creame banget, lembut dan lezat tp skrg kok brubah drastis?? Skrg selain teksturnya kasar, rasanya hambar (gak creame lagi), setelah encernya pun cawerang klo bahasa sunda.sepertinya saat buat ice creamnya pun adonannya lbh banyak air dibanding adonan ice creamnya. Lebih parahnya lagi saya minum Coca colanya, gilakkk....rasanya aneh. Ada kyk bau balsemnya gt. Saya Ampe coba minum beberapa teguk sambil mengecap2 lidah,takut lidah saya yg salah, tp ternyata keponakan saya ikut minum pun katanya sama. Kacau banget... Standar MC donals istana plaza ini. Kmrn pun hari Sabtu saya ke MC donals mau beli ice cream di tolak katanya icenya msh encer, disuruh nunggu 10 menit, setelah dtgin kasir lagi, eh katanya blm bisa Nerima pesenan. Malah kmrn karyawannya pada sibuk2 gak jelas. Padahal pelanggannya hanya 6 org dilantai yg saya tempati (bawah). Tp heboh banget, ada yg teriak2 jgn berkerumun lah, banyak yg so sibuk ngerjain ini itu kyk ingin ke show up atasan gt tp pelayanan ke customernya not good.please...recovery service ya, agar...
