Richeese Factory Metro — Restaurant in Bandung City

I’ve been here a few times, and the chicken is marvelous. The atmosphere is calming, and the place is perfect for hanging out.

Below is my experience with the employees.

Some of them are great, especially the one with the black cap and shawl-like wrap around their head. They definitely deserve a raise. However, the main reason I’m only giving 2 stars is because of an unpleasant encounter at the cashier.

While asking for details about the specific size of the chicken which, as a customer, I have the right to do. I did not receive a satisfactory response so i asked a couple more times to get the idea on how big the chicken was, only to be met with an upraised tone from the cashier. This reaction was surprising, as I was simply asking for clarification.

I ordered an entire chicken to be shared among 4 people, yet I noticed it was not cut. When I asked the cashier if it could be chopped, they denied it, saying it wasn’t possible. Though, on my last visitthe chicken was able to be chopped when we request it. Thankfully, the employee I with the black cap and shawl like on the head, which I mentioned earlier stepped in and had the chicken chopped for me.

I am very disappointed, as this was my first time experiencing an issue with an employee. However, I have no complaints about the rest...

Something is seriously wrong with the routing and operation system here. The store wasnt hectic and full, but I still had to wait 45++ mins for my order. My no, wasn’t even listed on the order status board, so I had no idea whether my order was being processed or still in the queue—while other customers were getting theirs

I came earlier, ordered earlier, but somehow online orders were served faster (saw it on the board). That’s unfair and shows poor management of in-store orders.

Also, the chicken size was shockingly small. This is clearly below standard and definitely not normal for Richeese Factory.

The rest was okay, and honest. Fan of Richeese Factory. But this experience? Really...
