Baru pertama makan di Soto Boyolali yang di Setiabudhi, biasanya di Trunojoyo. Di sini lebih tidak ramai. Seperti biasa rasa sotonya tidak diragukan lagi, selalu yang saya pesan soto sapi nasi terpisah, sate otak, dan perkedel kentang. Kuah sotonya comfort food sekali, cocok untuk menyegarkan tubuh apalagi ketika mulai tidak enak badan atau cuaca mendung. Porsi pas, tidak kurang, tidak kekenyangan.

Kali ini saya penasaran ingin coba tengkleng kambingnya. Dan hasilnya: sangat tidak direkomendasikan. Baru mencicip kuahnya saja saya langsung tidak mau, kambingnya sangat bau amis, dan bumbunya tidak oke, suami juga tidak kuat memakannya, padahal kami berdua pecinta kuliner kambing, langsung kami minta bungkus bawa pulang saja supaya aromanya tidak mengganggu nafsu makan. Yah, tapi karena memang spesialisasinya soto, jadi dimaklumi.
