Waroeng ikan Bakar Laut Nyandu PNSR Seafood — Restaurant in Bandung City

I first came here when I was invited to have a dinner. I'm half-Lombok, half-Bandung, so when it comes to fish and sambal I know what is good. And oh boy, this place is great, with fresh, well-cooked seawater fishes without fishy smell. The owner knows how to cook grilled fish very well. The sambal also nice. It's somewhat like sambal matah, but tastes a little bit different. Not too spicy, it complements the fish. If you don't like spicy food, you can always ask for the sambal to be put inside another bowl, not on top of fish.

There are no printed menu, you need to ask what fishes are available for that particular day, by coming or just send message. But usually, Grouper, Snapper, Barracuda, Yellowtail, etc are available everyday. Sometimes there are specials, or you can always pre-order what you like. For drinks, only hot tea and plain water are available on the spot without extra price. But you can search the local area for other drinks too. Dipatiukur is one of the best place to travel for food in Bandung.

Price? IDR 25k/35k/50k/75k/maybe more per fish, depending on size. For 1 person, 25/35k-sized fish is enough to make you really full. Me personally buy 35k + 50k to feed 4 people. That's including white rice, veggies, sambal, and hot tea (free refill!).

It was so good place!!! The fish is mostly fresh, the taste is good and slowly cooked with a fan by hand. The sambal matah was great! but be careful if you have alergy with Sambal and Grilled stuff.. Don't eat too much. The cons is only the place small and you may need to squeezed in!! But it's definitely...

Sudah beberapa kali kesini dan overall cukup memuaskan sih. Harga semua menunya super affordable untuk ukuran kota Bandung. Waktu tunggu penyajian agak lama, jadi harus sabar, mungkin bisa ditingkatkan lagi untuk serving time nya. Atau bisa chat ownernya dulu sebelumnya, jadi begitu nyampe tinggal makan.
