Well, aslinya gue ogah mau ngasih review ini tapi sampai skrg kalau inget liburan di sela2 tugas gue rusak, bahkan masih kerasa sebel dan sakitt ati banget. Jadi minggu lalu gue makan di sini, dengan harapan healing sesuai dg the viral content from tiktok. Unfortunatelly gue ga seberuntung itu gaes, gue jauh2 dr jakarta ke ksini demi healing. Gue kesini sama umi gue dan anak gue, gua udah datang dr jam setengah 12 siang dg harapan blm terlalu ramai dan panas menyengat karena memang waktu itu agak mendung. Gue kesini dg harapan bs makan enak ngajak orangtua sambil ngawasin bocah yg main di playground. But what i've got? semua venue yg dibawah "katanya dipakai" jadi kami cuma boleh duduk di kursi lantai atas itu, padahal yg ada playground itu kan di bawah. Ya masa anak gue main2 gue ga ngawasin malah duduk2 di atas. Bahkan ketika anak gue GA SENGAJA bunyiin lonceng belnya, ditegur katanya ga boleh buat mainan karena itu hanya untuk order. Ya okelah gue terima. Apakah ga bs bedain dipakai mainan dg sengaja dan ga sengaja sih? apa sebegitunya sih? Padahal waktu itu pengunjung cm 2 keluarga loh. LO BAYANGIN DEH. Tiba2 ada orang baru datang langsung masuk, dan duduk di venue bawah sambil ngawasin anaknya mainan di playground dg kondisi gue udah pengen cepet2 selese makan karena anak tantrum. Udah gue ga dapat venue bawah, hiling gue gagal, anak gue tantrum, umi gue ga nyaman liat cucunya tantrum, trs ada orang baru masuk dan duduk santai sambil ngawasin anaknya. Lo bayangin dulu deh perasaan gue. Gue sempet protes dan ditawarin untuk pindah, lah buat apa kocak? gue udah selese, ngapain lo nawarin gue?! Sempet ditawarin es krim utk permintaan maaf tp gue tolak karena ini tuh fatal loh dr segi hospitality nya, dr awal di plang depan seharusnya ditulis, mohon maaf sedang ada persiapan resepsi kek, atau apa kek, dan perlakukan ke semua customer itu harusnya SAMA mau dia pakai sandal jepit atau sepatu high heels, lo ga boleh beda2in. Semua yg kesini juga tau kok harganya overrated dan pricey, pakai sandal jepit bukan berarti ga bs bayar dan ga semua masalah bs diselesein dg uang, orang punya harga diri. Tadinya gue sempet pgn viralin juga tapi dahlah, karena udah ketemu dg manajernya nyampein perlakuannya kok ga sama pas gue dateng tadi dan beliau uda minta maaf ya dahlah. Saran gue lo yg kesini pasang aja noh muka jutek dan galak, biar lebih dihargain drpd lo mukanya alus dan adem malah kliatan menye2 yg ga bs bayar. Dari dulu kan gitu, kalau orang galak dan kasar malah lebih dihargain drpd kita yg punya sopan santun. Lo terapin deh di sini drpd lo sakit ati udah jauh2 nempuh ratusan km tapi ga dapat apa2, zonkkk. nih gue review makanan yg gue order habis almost 400rb kmrn:
-kopi latte dan capucino, B aja, terlalu manis dan ga berasa kopi, meski single shot tetep biasanya kalau kopi itu diolah dg suhu yg pas, kerasa kopinya. -pizza salmon, ada 2 pilihan, gue pilih yg tebel biar berasa rotinya, gue akuin di sini dia ngerti bahwa pizza itu ada 2 jenis yg biasa kita makan di luar negeri, thin dan thick, include pakai biji olive meskipun gue ga liat daun drill pdhl disitu ada ket daun drill. Semua balik ke selera masing2 -nasi goreng B aja rasanya kek nasi goreng yg biasa kita bikin pakai bumbu jadi, -pie mangga = cuma ini yg enak kek nya -pie klappertart = aduhhhh gagal total, ini ngerti ga sih konsep pie dan klappertart? pie itu garing renyah dan klappertart itu lumer cheesy banget, bahkan terlau kemanisan ga ada kerasa keju2nya -teh bunga krisan : aduuhhh masa kalah dg coffe and eatery sebelah, mereka nyajinn teh itu dg pilihan gula batu atau cair. Lo ditanyainnnn bukan minta. disini pakai gula pasir gaes, hadehh -es asam jawa : gue kira ga pakai soda, ternyata pakai soda. pokoknya lo kesini nyiapin mental aja deh karena apa aja yg viral itu blm tentu sesuai lidah lo dan suasananya kek...

The most disappointing is the quality of service and food. Today we ordered pizza, garlic bread, bitterballen, drinks, and ice cream. We waited for 50 minutes only for the waiter inform us she forgot to input our pizza and process the garlic bread. She only apologized with no compensation or any consolation offered to the costumers. Hungry customers are no biggie, I guess. The bitterballen was served quickly but it was cold through and through, perhaps because it was not freshly prepared. The drinks and ice cream were fine though. Compared to the Tirtodipuran Lotus Mio, this place’s good point is only the ambience and view.
