My Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Bogor

One of the famous restaurant in Bogor who proudly stated that they cooked the food without MSG. The name of the restaurant spoke by itself that they served original Thai dishes with authentic taste. With three-storey building as their dining area I would say the parking lot was dissapointed. Very limited parking lot!

By far we tried their Capcay mythai (42.5k), chicken padthai (40k), seafood padthai (55k), seafood tom yum (42k), (small) thai cassava (32k), chicken pandan (60k), spicy sour glass noodle salad (45k) with beverages kedondong juice 26k and ice thai tea 28k. All of them were good and full of taste. The portion also quite generous.

I honestly think eventhough they were claimed has authentic taste of Thai food, all of the dishes I've ordered were really fit to my taste. I have once try other Thai resto and almost always the dishes taste too sour for me. Note for the pad thai eventhough it was nice for me but need to inform the staff to make it not spicy if order it...

Hi! As we are confused what to eat in Bogor area, so we just googling...and we found My Thai. Although some review mentioned that parking space is small, we didn't expected it to be that small. It's only slot for 3 cars and the rest of the cars need to park somewhere else (in the road).

The surrounding atmosphere is nice & cozy, but we came here for the food, so let's talk about the food shall we? :)

We ordered 2 kind of fried rice, pineapple fried rice and tom yam fried rice, beside Pad Thai (kwetiau noodle), chicken in Pandan leaf & Gurame in Mango souce and urap (traditional vegetable dish).

Everything were taste good (not great yet), the fried fish was crunchy without the taste of soil. :) The Tom Yam fried rice would be great if we added a bit more Tom Yam paste with a pinch of salt. However, I was not able to find spicy Chilli. Maybe it is a separate dish by itself. :)

One of the recommended Thai restaurants in town!

I ordered padthai seafood, somtam, red ruby, tomyum seafood, and green Thai tea. All of the foods were very delicious and fit to my taste. The foods were not too sour and had a very balanced taste, and the drinks were very refreshing.

The service was great, the workers were very responsive and hard-working. However, I hope the management could post a server near the door of the restaurant so that the customer could identify the door to enter the restaurant.

The ambience there was great and a bit homey, which I think would suit families with kids.

Hope I can visit the restaurant again in the near future to try the...
