Adamar Kitchen and Lounge — Restaurant in Bogor

I went there with my friends. First, we called for reservation in advance, they said we got 2 waiting list before us and limit is 21.00. We got there even before 21.00 and turns out they gave our seat to another customer. Second, we are given a very bad seat in the mezzanine. Seat was right in front of a very bright big TV and so near with the server desk. We asked for the TV to be turned off because it literally hurts the eyes, but the server refused and dimmed the brightness JUST A LITTLE instead. Third, the we were served by a very rude server with no respect. After he adjusted the brightness it is very clear that he sees us with one eye only and shows no respect. Fourth, although we kept on asking for a better seat, the servers never got us one. Fifth, nobody told us that there is a time limit for our visit, then suddenly our server told us that we have reached our time limit which is 2 hours and we must proceed to billing process. Lastly, on the way out we asked our server for his name and he told us it's Dimas, while i can clearly see on his name tag is written Sony. To double check, we asked the cashier staff who served us in the mezzanine, and he told us it's Sony (not Dimas). Personally, overall i had a really unpleasant time at Adamar. Adamar starts open at 4 PM. The place really a nice spot for watching football game together since they always held them occasionally. They have live music every night. They do allowed customers to smoke inside the two storey dining area (for me it was uncomfortable). Fun and intimate atmosphere with bars is the style of Adamar. Not recommended for children though.

The food was different story though, eventhough I tried only a few but I could tell that the dishes were well prepared! The flavour, the portion as well as the selection, all of them were nice. The price is slightly above average I would say, for instance I had laksa singapore for 89k and butter chicken with garlic naan for 69k while beverages price range starts at 30k. Overall it...

I want to give 5 stars, really i want. But, i don't think so. The place is cozy, the music is good, the atmosphere is nice. But for the hospitalize is less. Pertama, waktu datang ke pintu masuk disitu ada 1 waiter dan 1 kasir. Harusnya tamu itu disambut dan ditanyakan "selamat datang, untuk berapa orang" lalu di escort ke table. Tapi kasir malah diam aja dan waiter malah balik badan. Pas sampe ke depan Bar baru ditanya sama waiter yang lain dan di antar ke table 😌 Kedua, ketika dikasih menu ga dijelaskan bahwa sistim weekend itu first seating, second seating. (kalau yang ga kerja di bidang hospitality mereka pasti ga akan mengerti maksudnya). Pasmau order baru dijelaskan bahwa kalau weekend itu first seating second seating. I mean, if we know it first, kita ga akan menghabiskan waktu lama lama untuk menimbang mau order apa. Iya ga sih? Ketiga, pas waktu lagi tunggu orderan datang sempet lihat ada beberapa employee dan kayanya si security karena seragamnya nampak seperti itu, and they are foto bareng di depan meja kasir dekat pintu. Are u kidding me? Boleh si nyantai but you know, that is not professional guys meskipun cuma sekali jepret. Yang lain sibuk kerja ko kalian malah foto-foto? Hmmm Keempat, ketika orderan ku datang. Waiter yg anter sampai depan meja hanya bilang "yg pesan pizza siapa ya?" terus makanan ditaruh diatas meja dan melenggang pergi ke kitchen begitu saja hmmm Salah mas, harusnya begini nanyanya "permisi, order pizza... Betul? Silahkan ini pesanannya, selamat menikmati". Duh rasanya pengen training kalian utk nge serve tamu dengan baik deh. (karena saya kerja di sekolah perhotelan dan paham hospitality yg baik dan benar itu bagaimana). Untuk makanan karena cuma pesan 1 pizza dan menurut aku sama pacar aku rasanya so so yaaa dan nunggu makanan datang itu cukup memakan waktu a.k.a lama. Semoga pelayanannya bisa lebih ditingkatkan ya, karena dengan harga menu yg segitu harusnya service bisa lebih baik lagi.
