Good place to stay in Bogor, nearby the Pajajaran area, brand new hotel, we are undisputedly satisfied with the room, clean, and still a brand-new-smells- room, despite a few dissapointed point. We just have stay for a night from 24th Christmas eve until 25th, which is a peak season. But the book confirmation itself take 12 hours until we received a booked confirmation. We booked the room directly by phone for Executive suite room around 8 pm 23 Dec, made a payment and confirm by Whatsapp at around 9.40 pm and finally get a phone booked confirmation 1.38 pm 24 Dec. We finally arrived at the hotel around 3 pm 24 Dec. When arrived, we should’ve wait around 15 minutes until the rooms is ready. We stay on 2150 room, which was very convenience rooms, but there are several major disappointed point, the power socket near the bed doesn’t work, then i have to switch to the another power socket. The wifii signal also doesnt through the bed for excutive suites room. When we are having a breakfast in the next morning, we were extremely shocked since some of breakfast food has just running out, we went down to the restaurant at around 9 am tho, but this is my very first experience to found this kind of things in a 4 stars hotel, the hotel restaurant is next to the pool, and there’s some people come in and out from the pool to the restaurant made the restaurant floors wet and slippery, also this things made the elevator wet and slippery, watch your step when you wear the hotel sandals you could falling like the person next to me. We have raised a complaint to the person in charge there tho, hopefully become a good input for their operation.

One of the best business hotels in Bogor! It is located in Malabar with a good view of cities in Bogor. The room was spacious and you also get a table & desk to work in your room. The internet connection was good inside the room although a lil bit slow inside the meeting room. The food was okay, although not too spectacular, some were taste amazing some were not. One good thing was they served lots variety of dishes including dessert for breaking your fast. The restaurant is located next to the open door swimming pool, so it has a nice view, although maybe not soo comfortable to swim in the morning where all people will stare at you.

They also have a rooftop Cafe and it was spectacular where you can see beautiful view at night. Too bad they only open from 12pm, so you'll not be able to see the sunrise. The menu is limited the taste was not good, so it's quite disappointing. You can also order foods from the restaurant downstairs although it will take longer time to bring it upstairs. Both at the Cafe & restaurant didn't offer much of traditional food in Bogor in their menus during my stayed there;so i was also dissatisfied.

Nevertheless all the staffs were so kind, full of smile & very responsive to all your needs. They also apply a strict protocol during this pandemic, so it felt comfortable &...
