Overall a really great place and worth the hype, great service, but they still have room for improvements. Positive:
Need improvement:
Let's start with the dishes I ordered.
Soto Ayam Kampung, this is just like any other soto, so it's not too bad. Served with 'emping' and of course white rice, the sides are lime and sambal.
Sup Igar Kuah Bening, My Mum's order. She said it was delicious, the ribs were soft and the soup was refreshing. However, the sambal was not spicy at all.
My order, Seared Norwegian Salmon. I quite appreciate the good level of doneness of the salmon as well as the soft and not too creamy texture of the mashed potato. It's just that i regret the taste of Thai Sauce which I think is too sweet as well as the Vegetable Sides which is a little salty, a little suggestion to put the sauce separately, so that it can be poured according to the customer's taste.
Nasi Ayam Sambal Ijo, this is also in general. only the sambal is not spicy at all.
The Glass House's Brownies, I didn't try. But, I'm very grateful and appreciative for my request to add the teks ‘Happy Birthday, Mommy.’
As for the drinks, I'm only review on mine, Bouquette Berries, I don't think it tastes much different from the usual stawberry juice, but the presentation is very pretty and interesting, super cute!
Next, for the Service. I really appreciate, applaud, also thank the entire staff. From helping me in making a reservation, also giving a surprise to My Mum, it was amazing. They even counted 3-4 within two hours giving surprises to other customers as well, a service that deserves a thumbs up!
Lastly, the Ambiance. Maybe because it's a weekday so not too crowded, but I think that's good, because I don't like it when it's crowded and noisy. The place is pretty, for those who like to take pictures, it's perfect, because every corner is aesthetic and the lighting available is also good.
I highly recommend...

The glass house resto has european style for the interior, you can feel and see the fancy well design inside which you don't see at the outside. With comfy colorful chairs, pillows, and sofa for the dining accompanied by elegant decorative lights and chandeliers makes you want to spend a long time here. It was like the concept was to surprise you. Also they have live music everyday that starts from 5.30 PM.
Eventhough the parking during weekend/weekday lunch time will be tricky but no worries, a quick and nimble parking staff will always help you because the parking lot only fitted up to 6 cars. Probably better to use online public transportation at weekend.
The dining area was quite spacious although they don't separate very well for the smoking area and non smoking area, too bad. A meet up, gathering, and celebration were often held here so the place almost always packed up. Unfortunately the toilet was not adequate for the capacity of people.
Glass house resto offers you a well widevariety of western and nusantara dishes and beverages with the highlight of Batak dishes (halal food). I honestly love the idea of this. Not that many restaurant in Bogor provide Batak cuisine.
Anyway, so far I've tried Nurung kerah karo (if Im not mistaken they use catfish) 55k, oyakodon egg rice 38k (kids menu), pangsit ayam bongkot 33k, tumis jantung pisang 35k, salted caramel coffee 35k, unicorn drink 47k, martabe (tamarillo juice) 28k. Their food and beverages was great, the taste and portion, they really take seriously by always upgrading and invent...
