Waroeng Spesial Sambal "SS" Bogor Ahmad Yani — Restaurant in Bogor

so sorry i need go give them 1 out of 5 stars. The food was so late to come. it takes probably 1 hour to be served BUT still not all menus are served. Too many staffs came to our table to REPEAT the orders. it has 3 times to repeat and repeat. idk why the freaking is wrong with our order😅. After 1 hour, the staff informed that some of menu that we ordered are not available. my question is ; should you take an hour to check all ingredients and inform us that the menu was not available? Me personally ordered Iga Bakar. Surprisingly, Iga Bakar came with the Soup. But both are COLD. Legit its cold like fresh from refrigerator. I dont think the Iga will good to consume when the fat are chilled with bad texture. But thanks to the staff who helped me to reheat my food.The soup was very hot but unfortunately the Iga is still cold with room temperature. My friend requested for additional “bawang goreng” to 1 female staff. She said the bawang goreng is out of stock. (as we know that bawang goreng is one of main garnish for Indonesian food. Isnt it?) But when my friend ask for twice to another female staff, she said it will be charge if you request for additional bawang goreng.😅

I am so sorry but the food and the service are very poor. I came around 7.30PM at smoking area with table number 3.

The sambal here is champion, I highly recommend you try all kind of sambals here. But if you cannot imagine the unripe/young manggo and pineapple as sambal ingredient, then it's better to choose other kind of sambals (it's only for hardcore sambal lovers).

Oh yeah, for people with low tolerance to chilli, it will be quite wild for your tongue ahaha.

While the sambal is recommended, the service here is surprisingly slow, my friend was just asking for spoon and fork because she can't eat using barehand, but the time it takes for the waiter to deliver it to her is so long, to the point one of my friend who sat beside her need to took it by himself because we have started eating but she hasn't.

Note to the management: Please train the waiters to be more responsive. It giggles me when one of the waiter deliver the drinks and my friends are getting thirsty in the middle of their meal, they talk to him quite simultaneously when he was about to put the drinks on the table. However, the waiter didn't even budge and keep putting the drinks on the side of the table near of the position he was standing, resulting my friends to wait him for a moment to get their drinks. I know this is only a small thing, but this small thing also reflect the way the management manages the restaurant.

The food taste sooo good at very afordable price. I have come to this restaurant several times.

The waiting time is quite a while though, so you must allow your mental to patiently wait. This place is not those who are impatient.

I have come several times and my top tip is to make sure you order everything at one go. Do not order additional(s) after, otherwise it/they will come only when your brain tells your stomach that you are full.

the praying room is located at the pavillion on the right, outside the restaurant. It's cramped but still decent, if not mistaken it can house around 10-15 people (feel free to conrect this number). No divider between male and female.

Toilets are outside of the praying room area. Not sure if there are ones inside the restaurant...
