Society Coffee House — Restaurant in Central Java

Tried this coffee shop while waiting for my late night train.

This coffee shop is cozy and suitable for working place. They provide lots of electric socket for your devices. They also open until 23:00 on weekday.

This coffee shop established in 2015, no wonder some of their utilities quite old, especially in toilet area.

In addition to coffee, they also offers good tea, food and gelato. You have to try their gelato! Food variant quite limited tough.

I ordered: 1 x Balinese fried duck: Frozen duck, not fresh, but the size is big with reasonably cheap price 1 x Tom Yam Seafood: First time trying tom yam that using coconut milk. But it taste quite good 1 x Roasted Chicken: Plain in taste. I visited couple of times, stayed for hours and usually get the windows high chair. I must say nice ambience to build, vintage concept I may say. Good place to stay on laptops for some works or to have a well-deserved chit chats with your friends, even for your own quality time. The chairs got plenty of electric sockets.

I love their Stacchiato so much, reminds me of Starb*ck's Caramel Macchiato. They provide coffee, non-coffee drinks, light and heavy meal menus, and some snacks to fill in. Baristas are so well-informed about coffee. Recently, the place built another extension, haven't tried that part yet but looks like a specialized place to hangout, got some bean bags at the extension.

Tempat: 9/10 Luas, banyak kursi dan meja yang nyaman. ada tempat untuk sendiri, ada tempat untuk berdua atau lebih.

Kebersihan: 7/10 Lantai bersih, meja bersih, kursi bersih. Peralatan makan bersih dan ditata dengan baik. Ada beberapa pajangan dan hiasan seperti "pohon", rak buku, "lemari buku tua", dan hiasan lain yang sedikit berdebu. Toilet cukup bersih dan tidak terlalu berbau karena ada pengharum ruangannya juga.

Makanan: 6/10 Hanya order 3 makanan kecil. Jadi nilai diatas hanya untuk makanan yang saya order. (gambar belum sempat diambil, tapi makanan sudah habis hehe) NY Cheese Cake: Harga 30ribu. Potongan cukup besar (lebih besar dari sbux *hanya untuk perbandingan bentuk). Base nya pakai Regal, cream cheese nya tidak terlalu banyak, gulanya cukup banyak. tekstur nya lembut dan tidak bantat (bukan kata yang tepat untuk cheese cake tp gapapa lah haha). Untuk yang sudah coba Cheese Cake Ikea, ini lebih besar tapi lebih soft. *againm hanya untuk perbandingan. Omelette Kerang: Harga 28ribu. Dari yang bisa dirasain ini terdiri dari Telur (iyalah wkwk), Kerang hijau, daun bawang, beberapa sayur, dan sedikit tepung terigu + maizena. disajikan dengan Saus bangkok yang terlalu manis sampai pedasnya hilang, sepertinya instan tapi gak tau merk apa. Yang jadi pertanyaan adalah bentuknya. ini omelette tapi di deep fried jadi seperti fu yung hai hahah. tapi rasa oke lah. Mac n Cheese: harga 15ribu. disajikan di wadah aluminium foil, ukurannya kurang lebih 5x5cm. Disajikan dengan 1 sachet saus sambal. Rasa dan tekstur dan bentuk persis seperti Quiche/Macaroni Schotel. Saya gak tau Mac n Cheese mana yang bentuknya seperti itu, tapi yang jelas bukan American style, atau Italian Style.

Nilai lebih: Wifi nya kencang dan free to connect. Parkiran Luas. Banyak Extension untuk colokan listrik. AC dingin (bisa jadi terlalu dingin untuk beberapa orang *saya)
