Unknown Coffee HQ — Restaurant in Java

14 January 2024, 2 p.m. I came here with high hope to chill my mind in this cafe and I left with disappointment. First of all, the girl in the cashier wasn't nice and not polite enough. Didn't even ask me what I want for order. I didn't get full change for what I paid. She said it will be given along with my order later, in the end I didn't receive it. I didn't bother to ask because it's only Rp. 2,5k, but still it's not nice that way. The waiter that delivered my order wasn't not gentle enough like he was in hurry when he put my food in the table. The food and the coffee are not really great. The Chicken Salted Egg wasn't savory enough (should be covered more in salted egg sauce, it was really dry. See picture). The Americano was too light for my taste, also I suggest to change the extra side from peanut cookies to choco chip cookies. For the place itself actually is nice and cozy, perhaps might be better at night time.

I don't know if I was unlucky at that day or maybe it really needs improvement (at that time there weren't too many customers, so it's not excusable). I hope the management take this as constructive criticism to go forward. Please tell your employees to serve with better attitude and please improve the recipe of the food. Saya baru kali ini dapat pelayanan yg tidak memuaskan dari staff nya. Padahal saya sering nongkrong dan makan disini selalu happy dengan staff nya ataupun makanan dan minuman nya. Saya sama temen saya datang senin, 12 mei jam 19.35, duduk di lantai atas dan posisi masih sepi. Saya pesan sama mba2 pakai hijab mukanya tirus yg di atas makan sama minum dan sampai jam 20.45 pesanan saya tidak sampai juga, sedang kan meja2 lain yg baru datang udah pada datang pesanan mereka. Akhir nya saya tanya ke mba2 yg ada di atas bukan yg pertama tadi, konfirmasi soal pesanan saya dan ternyata pesanan saya belum di input sama mba2 nya yg di atas, alasan nya karena yg sebelum nya karyawan baru. Logika nya kalau karyawan baru untuk input pesanan kan itu basic masa iya sampai teledor. Akhir nya makananan saya cancel dan cuma minuman nya aja yg jadi. Itu pun datang 15 menit setelah pesanan saya di input. Udah gak mood karena lama, pas minuman di antar, mas2 nya yg anter minum muka nya jutek gak ada ramah2 nya sama sekali. Akhir nya saya gak lama langsung bayar di kasir dan di kasir orderan saya masih di masukin makanan yg sudah saya cancel, kasir nya cewek jutek bahkan asem ke saya ya saya jelaskan kalau makanan sudah saya cancel, padahal mba2 yg di atas tadi juga ada di area kasir, kenapa dya diem aja ga kasih penjelasan atau gak lapor ke kasir nya yaudah makin jengkel lah. Tolong untuk staff nya di benahi lagi soal komunikasi dan pelayanan nya. Saya sering ke unknown palur sama sama fajar indah, tapi kenapa malam ini apes banget dapat pelayanan gak memuaskan di unknown fajar indah. Semoga staff nya bisa di benahi lagi supaya customer bisa balik lagi buat datang ke unknown...

Such a social place good for casual hang out, saturday nights outing, and mingle. I ordered few items, coffee was excellent they know how to make a good coffee. Refresher is also good GOOD for the price, blue misty is recommended. Aglio olio is GOOD not fantastic but good, i dont rlly like the waffle as its too sweet and i dont rlly recommend the sausage and nuggies BUT this place is worth to visit for the good vibes excellent drinks for excellent price, and good aglio olios!
