Edit: Don't come here if your friend is not having the drink. One of the employee or maybe the lady owner gave my friend and i an earful for not ordering one dish each. I haven't visited since. Original: It's a go to traditional beverage when the weather is chilly, it warms you up. The beverage is hot, sweet & spicy. To me this place offers the best bandrek in Medan. You can order it with/without milk(taste milder with milk) I just wish they serve more bite size snacks, there is only bread to dunk in it which is nice.

Bandrek is a traditional hot, sweet and spicy drink to go along with a bun and two half boiled eggs. This stall is one of the oldest stall selling Bandrek drink and their bun is soft and fluffy for you to dip the Bandrek drink. It is soothing and warm after a Bandrek drink especially during rainy or windy day. The place is clean, spacious and don't worry about seating because it turns around fast.
