They are famous with pork kidney cook with ginger and chinese rice wine, but since we dont eat kidney, we order the pork meat. The taste is quite good but the soup is watery. The tauco is the best i think with the fresh big shrimp and taste good of tauco. The pork belly fried is too much batter, so i only can taste more of it rather than the meat itself. The vegetable is good.
