The Obonk Steak & Ribs — Restaurant in City of Medan

Ribeye is super juicy. Out of all the steaks ordered , that one is definitely a favorite. The extra price is worth it, despite it being slightly more expensive than the other dishes.

There is also lamb, with a very distict flavor , quite pungent with hints of goat milk. It is more "strong" than the other variety of meat provided. (Beef , chicken , etc.)

Pengalaman pertama makan disini. Dlu di medan pernah juga ada namanya obonk. Karena itu makanya penasaran untuk coba disini.

Jujur awalnya saya mau pesan lokal sirloin tapi yang saya mau kosong. Jadinya setelah lihat menunya pilihan saya jatuh di sirloin meltique. Dengan tingkat kematangan medium.

Makanan saya datang tidak terlalu lama. Bisa dibilang cepat. Kemudian saya lihat steak nya disajikan di piring bukan hotplate. Melihat hal ini saya semakin penasaran dong.

Lanjut, saya potong dagingnya ternyata empuk dan warnanya sesuai masih merah. Saya makan emg rasanya mantap. Kemudian di piring itu ada sayur dan kentang. Kalau menurut saya sayurnya biasa aja tapi kentangnya pas.
