TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM UBUD AND SEMINYAK BRANCH. Quite much disappointing! This is my second time visiting this place and there still no upgrade for the service. Somehow I wonder if the management ever read and act on people's commentaries / review here.
I love Nasi Ayam Kedewatan Bu Mangku, and will always love to visit the store everytime I go to Bali....but not this branch. The food taste different and it really make such major turn off, I don't know if they ever perform quality checking on the food? I do regret coming here, instead of Seminyak branch.
The other thing is how bad the service here. There is one woman staff that is so rude and impolite to the customer. She is working behind the food display, not in cashier. I forget to ask for her name to mention it in this comment section. She is treating customer unfairly. If it is foreigner, she treats it nicely but when it comes to domestic tourist, she doesnt even want to listen what people actually ordering. She is also very impolite to Gojek or Grab driver there and I dont understand the need of her to being such jerk like that.
The only thing I appreciate in this branch is only for the toilet that not that smelly and the ambience inside with touch of nature.
For the taste, it is not as great as other branch, but ok lah if you want to try and so hungry. I recommend Seminyak branch or Ubud Branch, if youd have time to come by.
I dont know if Id still need to hope of they take notes on this and...
Read moreNasi Ayam Kedewatan Ibu Mangku-Renon is one of the must-visit places for food lovers who want to experience authentic Balinese cuisine. The restaurant is known for its delicious food that is offered at a reasonable price. During my visit, I decided to try the regular nasi ayam kedewatan, which is their signature dish. The meal consisted of rice, chicken, satay, sambal, and vegetables. It was reaaly good, and it only cost me 30000 rupiahs, which was a great deal for the quality and quantity of the food.
Aside from the food, the ambiance of the restaurant is what really made my experience memorable. The interior of the restaurant is very homey and welcoming, with clean surroundings and has a lot of tables that are surrounded by plants and fish ponds. They also have toilets and a sinks to wash hands in every corner of the restaurant, which shows that they take hygiene seriously. Furthermore, they have a prayer room for those who want to perform their daily prayers.
This restaurant is located in Renon, Denpasar and takes around 45 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport. The restaurant is very accessible, but it has limited parking space. It is open every day from 8 am to 9 pm, which makes it convenient for tourists who want to try Balinese food at any time of the day. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a taste of Balinese cuisine in a cozy and friendly...
Read moreThe nasi ayam is tasty BUT THE SERVICE IS SLOW. I found a FLY on my nasi ayam and I told the cashier? She said “oh ok” that’s it. No apologies and I went back to my seat and continue eating it (no choice) and after 5 min, came another server and offered me one piece of sate lilit. Well, they were talking among each other and the menu book came after we sat down around 6-8 mins while the store was EMPTY. Shouting a harsh word like “heh anjing” as well to another crew even though the intention might be joking but it is not appropriate. If you could please be more professional? Be attentive to customers! My friend was telling me it maybe the SOP to be so slow serving customers, you found a fly on your food just say “oh ok” and they laugh and talk so much among them while working 🤐 I am sorry for giving one star on “service”. The...
