Ayam Presto Ny. Nita — Restaurant in Denpasar Timur

I love their chicken and duck presto dishes. The meat were so tender and you can finish it off to it's bone (literally) other than that they also serve fried milk fish (bandeng) presto or in a nest (made from eggs) which also good and come in big size portion of dish, although the nest had a lot of oil leftover. All of their fried/grilled chicken, duck and milk fish dishes come with their signature sambal and vegetable (lalapan). Here you can find also lamb satay (which one of the best you can find in Denpasar, tender meat and only consists of meat not a single fat included with very reasonable price per portion) and chicken satay. Lamb satay originally serve with sweet soy sauce and shallot condiments, while chicken satay come with peanut sauce, you can ask them to change the sauce to your liking. If you're craving for tongseng and gulai, they also have it on their menu. But for your consideration, the tongseng were cooked with solo/central java style; which can be way too sweet for those who like savoury dish better.
