Yesterday I went there for a quick stop to try out their food. Initially I wanted to purchase their tiramisu tarts (large one). However the staff approached us telling there's a promo if we bought 2, we could get 1 free. Ofc I'd agree to a good deal but when I went reached home, the ones they gave me were the small tiramissu tarts which were definitely not the ones I asked for. She was giving misleading promo since I asked her more about it before making a decision. Secondly the service wasn't the best either. It was the same staff taking my order and I was telling my order first before my daughter which was tuna croissant. She clearly repeated my order and took her time to write it down. After ordering, we waited for more than 10 mins and my daughter got her order first whilst I haven't got mine. I asked the staff and they seemed puzzled abt my quest for my order which turns out wasn't written down by her. I was planning to cancel my order but they were sort of insisting to order it again "since the kitchen isnt busy". So I just say yes to get over it and waited extra 10 mins. Wasn't a great first experience to me. I have been visiting their other branch in sanur several times and the service has never been so...

Somehow it ended with burned tastes, perhaps it's due to the oven residue or they just amped up the heat to make it faster thus the coal taste, either way it tastes good even when served cold. It's still flakey and chewy on the nice side, and enough oil to not make it dry nor is it too much.
Abou drink, well I can only say that the babycino is nice and the matcha tastes like fish. But maybe you should taste it first and be the judge yourself. I personally dislike it, maybe authentic matcha is just not for me.
Oh and the cromboloni is nice to, I would recommend the coffee one. The vanilla one for me tastes more like a milk than a vanilla.
Overall its a nice place to grab a croissant or two, the wifi is extremely fast too, but since its a family-friendly place, expect children screaming and playing around so it won't be the best place to do some work. Just a...

Today, I ordered a sandwich with avocado, tomato, and two eggs. I politely asked if I could have feta cheese instead of cheddar. I was told I had to pay an additional 20,000 IDR, even though both types of cheese are listed at the same value on the menu.
We spend a considerable amount of money at this place annually. Asking for an extra 20,000 IDR for a simple substitution—not an addition—felt very unfriendly.
Understanding your regular customers should be basic. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and we have decided...
