I love this coffee shop and have been a loyal customers for years. The staff are usually friendly and very polite. But there was one staff that need to be review. Iâve been having bad experiences, not once, not twice, but 3 times!
The first time, she was a bit unfriendly when serving my coffee, which is not a big deal because I understand that the place was packed.
The second time, when I asked about 2 lt of Kopi Kenangan which I ordered from the apps for pick up, she look at me with side eye and snapped âbentar ya!â sounds like she got annoyed. Then she served it to me, again, with no words, no âthank youâ
And the third time! When I order my coffee and telling my name for the receipt, she was mumbling and mocking it like âoh bryan, namanya bryan.â Which is very not polite, unprofessional for Kopi Kenangan that I know before has really2 good hospitality. Totally disappointed with this staff.
The others are nice! They even remember my name everytime I come for a coffee. But is she always being mad all the time like that? Iâm not trying to be a Karen, but please, when you work and handling your customer directly, giving smile and saying âthank youâ is a must!

Tgl 21 juni jam 8 malam saya order via app dan sudah berada di store, setelah 15 menit saya ke pick up order nya dan ada barista cewek, saya menanyakan orderan saya dan katanya baru dibuat. Kemudian saya meminta mereka untuk memanggil nama yg ada di orderan kalo pesanannya sudah jadi dan diiyakan (barista cewek ini jawab pun dengan judes tanpa eye contact sama sekali dan terlihat seperti saya sedang mengganggu pekerjaannya)
Setelah itu saya duduk dan saya perhatiin kok orang yg baru dateng dan pesan di kasir lebih duluan dapet pesanannya. Tapi saya menunggu saja sampai estimasi waktu pick up di aplikasi itu sudah lewat ( estimasi di aplikasi 20.28 namun sampai 20.32 belum dipanggil )
Setelah lewat saya kembali lagi ke pickup order dan bertemu barista cowok, dan saya lihat klo minuman saya sudah jadi (sudah di taroh di gelas tinggal diisi es batu) tpi tidak dipanggil.
Setelah orderan saya diberikan, saya ngomong dong sama barista cowok itu kenapa saya tidak dipanggil? Padahal saya sdh bilang sama barista yg cewek klo panggil saja kalo sdh jadi. Si barista cowok ini mendengar tapi sambil membersihkan alat steam yg mana ini sangat sangat tidak sopan, disaat customer lagi komplain bukannya fokus ngedengerin menghargai customer tapi malah sibuk sendiri.
Setelah itu saya pergi membawa pesanan saya dan barsita cowok itu baru bilang maaf tanpa eye...
