MAHANA Apartment — Hotel in Denpasar Timur

I exchanged money a day before I stayed here at that time i had $200 and rp4,600,000 but when i checked out my money was $100 and rp2,600,000 only Of the money, Rupia is available to me, but I didn't use any dollars I always kept the dollar and the rupiah in my suitcase and i only stayed here for five days i didn't spend that much money in the meantime and i didnt exchange money When I found out that I had lost my money I asked them to show me the CCTV, but they said the CCTV broke down a year ago so they couldn't show me How can you use broken CCTV for a year without fixing it? They say no one took the money, If someone hadn't taken my money, would it have disappeared on its own? I didn't understand and it was the worst experience in bali If you don't want to lose your money, don't ever go , Because money can go out of the bag on its own in this apartment

I've had a conversation with two staff there, but without CCTV, there's no point in talking. Since the incident, you need more and more thorough management of your staff...

Pros: really clean and nice rooms wifi is good TV + A.C. clean sheets card access to room good breakfast options good view and nice terrace no bugs or lizards in the room (like you find in some Bali hotels) Cons: the pool was dirty when we visited the other guests were really noisy even at 07 in the morning - no regard to others when we went on the terrace it smelled like something died there, we called the staff and they couldn't find the source so they pointlessly sprayed the zone, the smell remained. I searched with the telephone light and found something under the wooden boards of the terrace and also asked to be moved to another room - staff apologized and said they are fully booked that day and that they could try the next day - and we got another room the next day which was ok - no dead stuff anywhere around :)

First of all , staff were not welcoming at all . They welcomed us with attitude and Rudeness as If their work for next couple of days has increased.

Pool size was Big as expected but not so clean . It wasn’t cleaned the day we checked out. The leaves from the trees were everywhere and footprint marks were all over the tiles which was permanent .

Room had a decent bed with dirty bed sheets and dirty towels . Pillow covers were dirty and old with stains on it . Bathroom had old decade stains and wasnt cleaned properly at all . There were couple of coackroachs under the sink , had told to the housekeepers about that but nothing was done . Had to kill myself .

Had done my tattoo and oviously the tattoo stains were on the bed sheet , had to pay extra $50 for bed sheet and pillow cover .

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all as my 4 days stay here was...
