It's a pity my first visit here wasn't at all great.. 2 stars is still generous from me.. as someone who works forever in management, hospitality and F&B service, I understand things might get overwhelming at times. But that's not an excuse for any staff to not be nice to customers. So, I sat there for the first 5 minutes, I can understand that they place is half busy.. 10 minutes later and no new customer coming in yet, staff were standing and dunno what they're on about in front of the serving window and I called one female staff and she's like, "hang on a second" with a tone of which I seemed to have overwhelmed her.. ok, so I waited.. a new stream of customers came in, like 3 different tables of them.. suddenly I noticed they're serving the new customers.. so once she's finished with that customer, I got her notice and asked her, "I've been here before them, but I haven't received service.. is anything wrong with my patronage?", she didn't say anything and just took out her order machine with a sour face and asked, "what would you like?". Ini service kek gimana ya? Ada diskriminasi antara pelanggan yang datang hanya sendiri atau beramai kah? Ok, on to the food.. please check if your chicken is ok to eat.. I had the jjajangmyeon and the chicken tasted like it's been frozen, thawed, frozen and thawed multiple times.. I deal with food a lot, so I can definitely taste that it wasn't fresh.. I hope you can make your venue better by firstly do something with your service, you never know who your next customer is. Read moreTraveled from Seminyak straight to Nolda Pocha because the reviews expecting to enjoy delicious Korean food dinner turned out ruined of bad service. Since the first I enter the female staff welcome with poor greetings in Korean. I tried to deal with it. But when I order and ask some menus she answered it with cold facial expression. Not even a smile. Then when she delivered the food, she just put it without saying anything. It was empty restaurant before I came. Then some guests started to come. I see her treat other guests little better. She explain the food while delivering. The dirt on the tea bottle had me question its hygiene. When I paid my food, after I asked for receipt she didn't say thank you before I leave. Food was ok just too spicy for me. The staff supposed to asked the spiciness level in the first place. Seriously I don't mind restaurant charge me for good place, good service, good food and I'm satisfied. But the bad experience I had in Nolda Pocha tonight, I definitely will NOT travel that far for poor service again! They charge for service which is unworthy to me also parking which is annoying since he wasnt there when I came and suddenly appeared charge for parking when I was about to go.
