Came to Abuba Margonda for lunch on a Tuesday. We ordered the following:
US beef tenderloin (well-done) with blackpepper sauce (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). The meat was tender and cooked to perfection. Easy to cut and chew. The blackpepper sauce was the right amount of spicy and tangy. I give only 4 stars since their potato wedges were out of stock.
Local beef T-bone (medium) with barbecue sauce (⭐️⭐️⭐️). Tastes great but very hard to cut and chew. Maybe the particular cut we got had a lot of muscles? Ended up eating 50% of the meat only…
Mixed Veggie and Sweet Iced Tea were both pretty standard.
SERVICE Was OK. We sat on the 2nd floor and there were 2 servers who are on standby. They tend to us fast and also check up on us to make sure all the orders are out.
PLACE Is clean. The only issue I have is that the lighting is a bit dark. There are a few lamps that they did not turn on. It would be much better if they turn it on to keep the place bright.
Parking is also limited so be sure to come early or avoid peak hours.
This is one of the regular places I visit for affordable steak with the family and this definitely won’t be the last. Hope they will have potato...

I knew I wasnt getting a wagyu steak for 200,000 IDR, despite it being called so on the menu, but I was expecting it to somewhat resemble a decent steak. I tried NZ, US and “Wagyu”. All were extremely tough to cut and the polar opposite of tender. All of the “steaks” were paper thin and hand been beaten to death with a meat tenderizer, I imagine in an effort to make them somewhat edible, this was evidently unsuccessful. 2 steaks were ordered medium rare and 2 well done, all came out like they had kissed the grill for half a second. Solid black grill marks, but a complete lack of any sear and the insides all raw. The biggest improvement I would recommend is do not lie on your menu as to the origins of the steak and learn to cook steak properly, else adjust prices to match the quality of the product you’re selling. Hrni gw dtg lg bw keluarga tp jg ga bs mkn di atas alesannya blm ready jg. Pas gw ke atas fine2 aja rasanya bs lgs ditempatin😅 kocakk. Ntah dpaksa dduk dibawah dl penuhin kali yak br boleh ke atas. Kt dtg jam 11an.. br ada 1 meja customer lain yg keisi di bawah..

Steak gw (TENDERLOIN WAGYU) pesen welldone, datengnya masih merah bgt daging tengahnya, trs gw mnta dimatengin lg, tp pas gw iris lagi dbagian lain msh ttep gak welldone, dan msh merah darah bgt😪😪 gmn siii.. Trs gw ga suka nya napa tu daging2steak pas dihidang udah pada dilumurin sm saus kyk saus bbq gt ya . Pdhl ky gw yg psen saus BPP, kan emg g mo pk saus bbq. Harusny dhidang polosan kann.. Trs sorry to say, dgn daging pilihan gw yg high price ini, gw ngrasa dagingny msh ada alotnya.. score 65 from 100. And sayur gw dominan jagung😅
Minuman gw the passion : 80 from 100. Sirup markisa + soda + bulir markisa😁
