Been 3 times here and honestly the last two was disappointing. First time here, ordered Tokyo wagyu medallion I guess (?) and they delivered it perfectly as I requested: medium rare. A few months ago, went here again and I ordered sirloin steak in medium and they gave me well done, too chewy to eat. And for the second time, today, ordered medium rare grass fed rib eye and they gave me medium. I knew it wasn't the doneness I ordered, and the waitress has asked me if this was right but I was thinking that I would not usually leave my steak uneaten (coz I know it's a waste) but for this time I just couldn't finish it because of the disappointment.. Sorry. Would not recommend this particular restaurant branch. Better go somewhere else if you are a steak lover. I believe there are other places much better than this within...

ordered a bday treat on d-day and got a striploin steak! i requested a medium level doneness. well i must say that it was worth it. given the name "strip" so i expected it to be very thin but surprisingly it wasn't too thin?? 😋 i could still feel the chewiness and thickness of the meat while eating, enjoyable.

i'm not a big fan of bbq sauce btw but the one here was great. it complemented the steak perfectly. the mashed potatoes were pretty standard to me (would be best if i could add more black pepper). the regular price for this striploin steak is 99k.

Had lunch at holycow and ordered the striploin with mushroom sauce, fries, and sautéed buttery beans. Everything was spot on. The steak was cooked just the way I asked (medium), juicy and flavorful. The mushroom sauce added a nice earthy touch without overpowering the meat. Fries were crispy, and the buttery beans surprisingly became one of my favorite parts of the meal.
