SUSHI TEI — Restaurant in Depok

So my Family and I just visited this area recently . As a Sushi Tei lover, we really need to try the closest one . First of all, even if we have a number for the waiting list, fortunately it only takes 3-5 minutes . We ordered a bowl of grilled chicken ramen for sharing . Tamagoyaki as always cause we bring children's. A set of sashimi, A few sushi rolls, a kind of drink and also tried their new dessert .

But, after waiting for quite a long time we noticed that our order was not complete yet. We asked the waitress, and she said "hah? I don't know. Hmm I have no idea" And just leave 😅 Another waitress then came and checked with the paper saying "all served".

We just looked at each other and kept telling her that it was not.

After talking to her coworker and back with the menu that we ordered which she was just taking from the belt , and said "It's only this" . Soooo rude .

Anyway, I'm the one who need to understand.

Appreciated for the one who charged on that day to apologize , maybe spv or opsman .idk . also for the waiter that had not even met me before . Yeah only 2 of them .

It's not changing me to stop loving Sushi Tei .

I had lunch here on a saturday and the place was not too crowded. Menu is available through qr scan on the table but to order you still have to call for the waiter/waitress, which is made easier bc there is a call button on the table. Ambience was quite nice, even tho i have to admit the space between each tables were a little too close for my comfort, so it's not for those who want to dine in privacy.

As always the food quality was on par with the price. When i came here there was a promo for the plant-based menu (i think they were new), and i got to try the kinoko roll which was surprisingly good. If you come here i recommend to try the tori gyoza. The chicken filling was so juicy and not too salty. 5/5 from me.

Last but not least the whole experience would not be enjoyable if not for the service. Mba dini of sushi tei margo, i hope you always have a nice...

Omg! I might be biased about this review since SuTei (Sushi Tei) is my favorite sushi restaurant in its range of price, but here we go.

I've been in several outlets of SuTei in Jakarta and I still think Sutei Margo City deserves the best-taste-and-size-award compared to the others.

Here are some foods I really recommend: -Chuka Idako Gunkan (cost wise the Gunkan is more worth your money rather than the Chuka Idako that comes up on the sushi bar) -Salmon Belly Sashimi (I don't know why but this is often unavailable, but oh gawd, the taste is heaven. And it's on the picture below!) -Salmon Maki (if you're on budget but you're craving for daily dose of salmon, this is gonna be the best choice up your plate. It's only 25k IDR or about 2 USD and you'll get 6 pieces of makis.)

If anyone needs help to reach this place, I would not hesitate to show...
