The only place that gets better every time I visit.

We ordered the Australian Sirloin Wagyu MB2 (250g) with mushroom sauce, creamy spinach, and sautéed baby potatoes—all for Rp280,000, including a free drink (we chose iced lemon tea). We also got the Leg Chicken Steak served with corn kernels, creamy butter garlic sauce, and Cajun-spiced potatoes for just Rp80,000.

Let me just say—this is hands down the best chicken steak I’ve ever had. So tender, perfectly cooked, and paired beautifully with the creamy butter garlic sauce. Surprisingly, it also came with BBQ sauce already drizzled on top, and instead of clashing, it blended perfectly with the garlic butter. Unexpectedly good.

As for the Wagyu MB2, my wife ordered it medium-well, and it was cooked to perfection—exactly how she likes it. Super tender too; even with braces, I could eat it effortlessly. They offer the option to serve it café de Paris style, but we decided to try the standard version, and wow—we didn’t expect it to be this good.

The only downside? The place wasn’t cool enough, even with the AC on. But honestly, I’ll trade slightly uncomfortable seating for perfectly cooked steaks any day.

The service was also excellent. The staff were helpful in explaining the menu, attentive throughout the meal, and quick to bring out bottled chili and tomato sauce with just the right volume—plus toothpicks right after we finished. Small touches that really matter.

The Double U Steak branch in Depok lives up to its name, serving a “W” steak experience worth trying. The menu features a variety of beef, lamb, and chicken cuts, paired with side dishes and vegetables. There are also pasta and appetizer options for those seeking variety.

On this visit, I had the Australian Ribeye Grain-Fed, cooked medium rare, with garlic butter sauce and broccoli cheese. The steak was cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and tender with a pleasant warmth in each bite.

The restaurant also offers a birthday promotion for dine-in guests on the same day, featuring a complimentary Meltique Sirloin Steak and cake. The quality of the promotional steak is surprisingly good, especially considering it’s free.

Located within a complex with its own parking system, the venue provides ample space for around ten cars and plenty of motorcycles. There’s also a small garden hub area in front, perfect for relaxing with friends.

A solid steakhouse experience, and one I can easily recommend.
