It is my to-go dining choice whenever I see one around in the shopping malls I go to. This one in particular is very popular and you might find yourself at the waiting list during hectic lunch time (from midday to approximately 3 pm). The menu selection is good, but my personal favourite is the chicken katsu curry donburi because I just love their curry and chicken katsu. I also love the gyoza, both steamed and fried. Their ramen is also good, especially if you like something a bit more spicy. It doesn't compare with other shops' more authentic ramen, but it goes well with the price you pay. That was my first time I took my kids to a japanese restaurant. My kids are super picky eater. But surprisingly, they liked the menu. The menu consist of various kind of sushi, ramen, donburi, and etc, making me easier to choose. Any sushi without anything raw for my kids, and ramen for my husband who is not quite fan of sushi and sashimi. Compare to the other Japanese restaurant with almost twice more expensive in price, ichiban sushi's taste is quite competitive. I would recomend this place to my relatives and friends.
