Imperial Kitchen & Dimsum LIVING PLAZA CINERE — Restaurant in Depok

I thought all Imperial Kitchen have the same guidelines and QC, this place isn't.

IT IS BY FAR THE LOWEST RATING I'VE EVER GIVEN TO A CHAIN RESTAURANT. IT IS THE WORST BRANCH.

When we arrived THERE WERE EMPTY SEATS! but they said we are told to write down our names for WAITING LIST. for 10minutes we waited, they don't even bother to clean their tables.

The Grilled Chicken is DRY, the stirfry side Vegetables ARE COLD, It took them 30minutes to bring out the Dimsum selection. They don't even serve the Xiao Long Bao the same way as the other Imperial Kitchen branch! No chopped ginger and soy sauce. The Fried Rice portion is so tiny its 2x lesser than what we usually got on our Imperial Kitchen order! It took them almost an hour to bring out COLD HAINAN RICE AND CHICKEN.

We had to half shout to call the waiter/waitress, IN AN EMPTY RESTO, they just work disorientedly not knowing what and when the food comes, it took us 2 calls for them to get our DRINKS. We ordered Chinese Tea FOR GODSAKE!

We tell the waitress about our dissatisfaction eating here, they don't even bother to take notes and just answered with "sorry", no "we will improve our service". It doesn't even sounds like the waitress care about our complaints, She only answered to make us go away.

I WISH THE QC SEES THIS! YOU SHOULD DO AN INTERNAL TRAINING AGAIN. THIS IS NOT UP TO PAR WITH YOUR RESTO STANDARDS ANYWHERE ELSE.

On my 3rd visit: Bring a knife from home. They don’t provide any. This restaurant is different than other locations. Food doesn’t come out together. My son’s came last(20min) after everyone else ate. The Mie Cia shaw had very little chicken (see Photo). Lowered my rating for this...

Portions are getting smaller! For the price meh! Fist came here they had a big portion super spicy chicken it was awesome 1 mo th later its gone. Now every portion chicken or beef comes out half the size as the pictures in the menu. And to top it off rice is extra and expensive!!!!...
