Marugame Udon, Living Plaza Cinere — Restaurant in Depok

Like other marugame, has standard procedures. The queue, side dish (optional), pay, take the seat and take condiments like sliced chilli, etc.

Ambiance is good. Several times have meal there, no (over) crowds, a bit quiet. Yeah, its a nice place to enjoy udon.

One thing i got from my latest visit was the manpower. I dont know did marugame had reduced their staffs or it just because i visited at end of plaza's operational hours (about 8 pm), but i see the man who serve the menu is the same person who did the dishwash. It was no problem for me tho, the staff also did the hygene procedure like clean the hand and put handcover after it. Nothing wrong, just a bit different from the usual...

Redeemed my (another) birthday treats, dapet free Niku Udon & Ocha, tp tetep harus pembelian makanan lain lg. Oke bgt sih, cuma nambah Chicken Curry Don, 60rb jadinya buat ber 2 👍

Tp s&k nya harus min 30 hari jadi member di Aplikasi Marugame. Baru bisa redeemed.

Marugame Cinere termasuk nyaman bgt sih, kapasitas tempat duduk luas, ga terlalu padat. Niku Udon dan Curry nya termasuk bold disini, enak rasanya 👍

Mungkin boleh di evaluasi untuk product knowledge promo/vouchernya, karena saya tanya ke karyawannya 3 org mereka bingung sama ketentuan redeemed-nya, akhirnya dipanggil deh salah satu senior disana.

Hampir ga bisa redeemed, tp puji Tuhan Mba nya ga sotoy & mau tanya...

Cashier nya jutek sekali, ini kan kerja di pelayanan ya harus nya bisa dong lebih ramah.

Saya complain, karna di makanan saya ada rambut nya, ada beberapa helai, memang sih di ganti tapi nunggu 15 menitan, tapi ngasih tau nya kaya orang engga ikhlas gt.

Coba tolong di perbaiki lagi sikap kasir perempuan nya itu ya.
