Jardin — Restaurant in East Java

My first impression of this brand new restaurant is it has wide parking lot. The whole restaurant was beautiful especially the outdoor area. If you can choose between indoor or outdoor, definitely outdoor! Not only instagramable but also spacious. Staffs were all uniformed, well mannered but may need to learn how to speak politely and choose words wisely.

Entree, we ordered Korean Fried Chicken. I like the flavour, it had hint of gojuchang and honey. Portion was decent and enough for 3 people.

Main course, we got Green Curry Salmon, Philly Cheese Burger, and Breaded Chicken Steak. All main course actually have big portion and worth your money. If you dont like chips, you may swap it with Mashed Potato.

Green Curry Salmon, salmon was cooked nicely and has crispy skin. Fish melted on your mouth. Green Curry was really tasty and you can taste the spices. However, the problem was colour, it wasnt that green and texture, a little bit runny.

Philly Cheese Burger, it was served in a plate with chips, appearance was kinda messy. I like the combination of vegies, especially kale and the meat, but meat was kinda unseasoned.

Breaded Chicken Steak, chicken was juicy and well seasoned, served with salad, chips and gravy as sauce. The gravy had rich flavour of beef stock but again, it was kinda runny and colour wasnt appealing.

For drinks, we had Nutcracker and Lychee Dragonfruit. Nothing I can say but awesome! Portion was big and definitely worth your pocket.

Overall, I'd like to come back here in future and I'm looking forward to try other menu especially cakes!! Definitely will recommend others to have...

Jardin is my cup of tea for western food restaurants in Malang secara aku kurang begitu suka western food. I love its ambiance, from the spacious car park entrance to the outdoor area in the backyard. Full of flowers, plants, excellent seating arrangement, cute paintings, and all beautiful interior. Menunya banyak banget dan bakal bikin confused the first timer, but you can ask the waitress about their top recommendations and most popular menu. Their smoothies are not only beautiful in presented but also healthy and taste good. Sueger endul. The main course, especially their pasta, is delicious as well. It would be best to try their Asian menu, which is tasteful. We also ordered their new menu, croffle with strawberry ice cream, which is mouth-watering. All the waitresses and staff are responsive and friendly. They have live music on Saturday nights and special days, if I'm not mistaken. Came for a baby shower, and everything was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture. Awesome first experience, and it won't be my last. I'm definitely coming back several times more.

20 July second visit even better than the first! I am a sucker for a good corned beef hash, and they did it right! It's small, but packs a nice punch. The sweet potatoes are fluffy on the Inside with a good crisp on the outside. The mozzarella sticks have the perfect cheesy string effect. The Cloud Coco Matcha is dreamy and creamy! I can't remember the name of my first drink, but it was a tasty mix of sweet and tart.

13 September Another great visit! The sharing drinks are perfect for personal refills. The salmon is delightful. Only note is that the skin could be crisper.
