McDonald's GKB — Restaurant in East Java

The drive thru crew service sucks. They rather blaming the customers rather than memorize the company's offer. I was redeemed the prize from McD Mobile survey and they input the order instead of redeeming my code and argue that my code is actually discount code instead of free meal. Even more, the crew blaming me for not reading the info of the items and asked for proof even they know that any redeem code expires within 3 mins and my code...

Meja kotor, tempat cuci tangan kotor Udah pesan lewat mesin pemesanan, bayar di mesin pemesanan. Jelas2 tertulis "SILAHKAN DUDUK & LETAKKAN NOMOR DI ATAS MEJA, KAMI AKAN ANTAR PESANAN ANDA" Eh ini malah dipanggil2 Kecewa... Please kalau SDM kurang ndak usah pakai mesin pemesanan otomatis dulu. Perbaiki kondisi resto, kotor banget

Salah satu resto yang sering di kunjungi, karena anak-anak suka mainan Happy Meal nya. Tersedia layanan Drive Thru, dan dapat free minuman jika pakai stiker disertai pembelian minimal.

Pelayanan secara overall bagus dan sudah memenuhi standar kesehatan. Satu kekurangan pada kunjungan terakhir, saya order 3 menu Happy Meal, dan minumannya fruit tea dalam gelas, eh masa sama mas nya tidak dikasih kantong plastik, ampun..., mana pasang tutup gelasnya tidak rapi dan tutupnya sudah pecah pada saat saya terima. Setelah minta plastik baru dikasih, tapi cuma satu plastik kecil untuk 3 gelas minuman, dan itu tutupnya tidak rapi semua. Saya jadi harus parkir dulu untuk benerin tutupnya, akhirnya nyampe kantor minumannya sudah tumpah. Please perhatikan dong pelayanan kayak gini, padahal dulu kalau pesan lebih dari satu minuman, masing-masing gelasnya diplastikin dan diikat yang rapi. Sorry I have to give 1 star for this...
