When I went inside, ambience is good. Food was good. But, you will be shocked by the service.

Their name is "BAKERY & RESTO". You will be confused by them. I asked them about how to order the cake, they said "you can order in the table", and I seated on my table then.

I'm ready to order what I want. The waiter came to my table and ready to put it in their notes. I ordered Cake first and She was confronted I can't order by this table and should pay + order direct to Cashier.

My voice little bit higher than the first come. "Cashier said If I want order, I can order on the table, how come we can not order here". She asked the superior to solve the problem, finally I can order on my table.

Second things that will be amazed you are they asked you to pay the bill before you eat your dishes 😅. This is restaurant was good but lack of service.

You will heard so many times the staff asking each other "where this table?"

Please fix the service. As my experience in food and beverage industry, Service is very important when you are dealing with customer. Your business will be stay or closed soon because of the service.

While the place has an Instagrammable ambiance and offers affordable food, the taste of the food was not remarkable, and the service could be improved. However, we were quite disappointed with the taste of the food. While they had a diverse selection, we found that the flavors were nothing special. We were hoping for more unique and memorable culinary experiences that truly showcased the flavors of Banyuwangi.

Another aspect that affected our overall experience was the difficulty in getting the attention of the waiters. The service was slow, and it took a considerable amount of time for our food to be served. This detracted from the overall dining experience and left us feeling...

9/10 for place and service. The server was friendly, helpful and communicative. The parking lot was spacious. They have seating options. And the good part, they have baby chair(s) (high chair), not every restaurant provides you with this. That's why we usually bring along the stroller for backup.

Food : Gurame Ratu Osing 7.5 / 10 Nasi Goreng Ayam 8.5/10 (according to my son, he ordered the second plate by the way)

Drink : Iced Spring Yoghurt 8/10 Caramel Latte 8/10 (I am being generous)

Cake : Red Velvet Slice 9.5/10 Cheesecake 9.8/10 Donut Korea Matcha 8/10 Choco Croissant 8/10 Note for choco croissant, it's good. Buuut I can get the same type of croissant, the same size, almost the same taste, for less than 15K in another store. It also comes with extra filling on the inside. So,,, yea. I won't comeback for the Croissant. But, I will for red velvet...
