First and foremost, I’d like to thank you for providing complimentary parking during my visit. As someone who relies heavily on cashless transactions, I genuinely appreciated this gesture — especially since I had forgotten to bring any physical cash that day.
I’d like to share several observations from my experience, in the hopes that they may be useful for future improvement:
Cleanliness at the Entrance Area (Ground Floor) When I arrived, I chose a seat near the main entrance on the first floor. Unfortunately, I found the area to be rather dusty and dull-looking. The table, sofa, windows, and even the nearby walls seemed unclean and worn, which affected my comfort. There was also a particularly dusty corner right beside the seat, which made the environment feel a bit neglected. A more consistent cleaning schedule for guest-facing spaces would definitely elevate the overall ambiance. Staff Training and In-Store Atmosphere I understand that staff training is essential — and it’s great to see management investing in their team. However, during my visit, a training session appeared to be taking place right in the customer area. One of the staff members, possibly a leader, was instructing new employees quite loudly, with exaggerated greetings and smiles. While I understand the intention, the interaction felt overly forced and insincere. Natural, warm interactions often create a more authentic customer experience. I’d recommend conducting such sessions in a designated area to avoid disrupting the peaceful vibe for other guests. Excellent Food Quality On a brighter note — the food was outstanding. I ordered the cheesy chicken dish, and it exceeded my expectations. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, far from the usual bland fried chicken. I especially appreciated the balance between the savory spices and the hint of heat in the sauce. It’s clear that thought went into crafting this menu, and I would happily return just for the food. Airflow and Smoking Area Concerns I noticed that the air conditioning or fans didn’t provide much relief, and the indoor space felt quite warm. Additionally, despite being in a non-smoking area, cigarette smoke frequently wafted in whenever the door opened — likely from customers entering from the smoking zone. This could be addressed by improving air circulation and possibly adding barriers or better separation between the smoking and non-smoking areas. For non-smokers like me, this significantly impacts comfort. Helpful Staff and Payment Convenience I’d like to commend your staff for being attentive and helpful throughout my stay. It was a relief to know that payments could be made via bank transfer and QRIS — very convenient, especially for cashless customers like myself. Given that the café has already embraced digital payment inside, I wonder if the same could be extended to the parking area as well. It would offer a more seamless experience from start to finish. Once again, thank you for being a space where I could focus and get work done that day. With a few thoughtful adjustments, RED Coffee Pandaan has the potential to offer an even more comfortable and refined experience for all its guests.
