First time going there and it was totally worth it! The restaurant itself is located in a rather secluded area, although it's not very easy to find, the effort definitely pays off thanks to the calm & cozy atmosphere, and green surroundings! The area around the main restaurant is really big, and they even have art galleries and a tiny zoo that has a lot of deer and fowls that you can feed! Additionally, you can choose to go on picnics here and the restaurant will provide you with the amenities, like a picnic basket and blanket. How fun right? For the food itself, I got myself a cookies and cream drink and a chicken salted egg dish. As someone whose favorite drink is a cookies and cream drink, this one gets an approval from me as it is rich and decadent! As for the chicken salted egg, I couldn't really taste the salted egg yolk as it tasted rather artificial compared to the ones I usually have (I used to eat it every week and salted egg now runs in my blood). Overall, the place is great, and I'd recommend it to everyone! 8.5/10, would like to come back here to try out the...
Read moreWe visited this café after sunset. When we entered and intended to order food, one of the waiters who was covering the cashier did not greet us at all, nor did they invite us to place an order. The same went for the waiter at the cashier, who asked us in an indifferent tone. Several other waiters were gathered and blocked the way to the stairs, which were already narrow enough to pass through. I think the owner of this café only hires good-looking Gen Z with minimal attitude and hospitality training. Our visit was further worsened by the quality and portion sizes of the food, which were just adequate. We ordered three dishes, but only two were entered. One of them was overpriced fried rice, with a small portion and not fresh. The rice was dry, as if it had been reheated multiple times. As for the poffertjes, I would say they were decent, but not as good as the ones that went viral in Bintaro. I will certainly not return to this café, but I will come back to enjoy the...
Read moreThe place is good. There are gallery inside this area and the playground. They have some animal sections where we can interact with. The ambience was very good. The coffee house's menu needs to be developed and improved especially the food. They might be added some menus, because I only saw less variety for Main Course, Nasi Padang, and Kids Meal. Nasi goreng or fish and chips are good to be added to the menu.
Last visit, I ordered Nasi Padang with Semur Lidah, but it's not semur at all. It tasted as the braised lidah with no seasoning. The other condiments are just okay, but not special.
I hope Bandarkopi can develop the menu because they have a very good kids...
