Burgushi — Restaurant in Jakarta

unique concept with burger+sushi fusion, but sadly i'm not a big fan, it doesn't suit my taste.

purple cabage & mentai sauce is ok (love the sauce), nori made it a bit fishy but still fine, and chicken fillet is bland, need more flavour.

hate the rice cracker. hard, bit oily, and no flavour. just stick with burger bun and put the rice inside (or no rice). or maybe don't fry it and make it like normal sushi, but i guess it will be crumbly and hard to eat.

anyway packaging is ok but need to improve the queue, as you can see there is no social...

Overall, it’s okay. Burgushi has a unique concept, but the rice burger patty just isn’t for me. Cool idea, but I think I prefer the traditional bun. The flavors were decent, and the presentation was nice. I can see how some people might enjoy the twist. The ingredients seemed fresh, which I appreciated. Worth a try if you're curious, but I probably wouldn’t...

Isiannya ada : double beef patty, purple cabbage, cheese dan sunny sideup. Burger yang biasanya ada roti,, ini 'roti' nya terbuat dari nasi yang dibentuk bulat kemudian digoreng dengan tepung panir. Menurut saya,, rotinya enggak berminyak, which is good. Beef patty ga terlalu ada rasa,, tetapi aroma sapi nya enak banget. Dan tebal juga beef patty nya ini. Oyaa, susunan burgushi ini nanti bakal dibalut sama selembar nori yaaa. Jadi berasa kesan "sushi"nya.

Keseluruhan rasa okee... Dan cukup mengenyangkan juga yaa, mungkin karena saya pesannya yang beef double. Protein nya lengkapp banget : ada double beef patty + cheese + egg... Mantappp....

Pelayanan : bagi saya yg pesan online, pelayanan cukup cepat.. Dari awal pesan orderan, terus pas dapat pengemudi,, terus gak lama, langsung saja sudah ada notif "diantar"... Well, tolong pertahankan yaa pelayanannya yang...
