Cut The Crab Kelapa Gading — Restaurant in Jakarta

Food came and was emptied onto the paper on our table. After we had started to tuck in, the waiter came and said he had brought us the wrong order. He had brought us a more expensive order. At this point he should have accepted that he made a mistake, apologised, offer to change it for us, or let us have the more expensive dish for the price of the dish we ordered. However what he did was say that we could either pay for the more expensive dish, or he could take back some of the prawns, presumably these would then get served again to the next customer, even though we had already touched them. I won’t be going back here because of this bad service, and concern about their lack of contamination knowledge. Food was ok, but way too expensive for a place with such poor hygiene standards and...

it was located near mall kelapa gading roundabout, the large banner quite noticable while you drive in the street.

the restaurant decoration is average, nothing special

the food itself is fresh and tasty, however the taste isnt my favourite. the table was layered by huge food grade plastic paper, and the food directly poured on the table. its a fun way to eat crab.

price is quite expensive, you should expect the price as the range of middle end seafood restaurant

overall, the experience is unique but little...

Came here to celebrate an event and would not think of coming back.. I mean, the food actually was good. It doesnt tastes bad but what i can say is its quite pricey to have a piece of crab with seafood add on and 2 ice tea for approx 490k~ for two people. I think now there are many othere crab restaurant that sells crab with cheaper price.
