I recently had a delightful experience at HokBen that I am eager yi share.From the moment I stepped into the restaurant,the warm and inviting ambiance set the tone for a memorable meal.The staff were not only attentive but also extremely knowledgeable about the menu,offering helpful recommendations. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the exquisite bento sets.The attention to detail in both the food and service trule exceeded my expectations.The menu had a diverse range of options,catering to various tastes, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. Unhygienic The trays are either not washed or washed with dirty cloth, smelly and wet. Imagine that.

Not standard. The standard are WAY under Hokben standard. The rice is sticky and clearly used way too much water. Or maybe the rice cooker broke, I dont know. The fried dishes are overcooked. Too crispy.

Bad location. Hot aircon (clearly mall management's fault) but still add the extra fuel to the fire.

I had an amazing experience at HokBen till i am eager to share this experience. When i went in the restaurant, a warm and inviting atmosphere was set on this restaurant and makes it a very memorable meal. The staffs were very helpful with the recommendations of meals. The Simple teriyaki set 1 and egg rolls were simply perfect. The dish reminds me of the childhood dish I had. Although the food might look unappealing I can guarantee the food tasted good.
