Imperial Kitchen & Dim Sum: Sejauh yang telah penulis kunjungi, Restoran Dim Sum ini memiliki paling tidak 5 cabang, 3 di Jakarta (Kalibata City, Sudirman City Walk, Kuningan City), dan 2 di Surabaya (Tunjungan Plaza 5, dan Transmart): (+) Menyediakan berbagai terutama menu dim sum, Mie. Menu makanannya terutama direbus atau dikukus yang cocok bagi pencinta makanan sehat; Dari 5 cabang yang telah penulis kunjungi, restoran ini terbukti bisa menjaga standar kualitas kesegaran dan kelezatan rasa. (-): Harga makanannya relatif agak mahal namun sebanding dengan mutu hidangannya. Sayangnya harga yang tercantum belum termasuk pajak dan service charge sehingga menciptakan rasa adanya hidden cost bagi para pembelinya. Kesimpulan: Harga relatif setara dengan produk/layanan dan fasilitasnya= 4 Bintang (**). The menus are mainly boiled or steamed which is suitable for healthy food lovers; Of the 5 branches that I have visited, this restaurant is proven to be able to maintain quality standards of freshness and delicious taste. (-): The price of the food is relatively a bit expensive but it is comparable to the quality of the dish. Unfortunately, the prices listed do not include taxes and service charges, thus creating a sense of hidden costs for buyers. Always love Imperial kitchen fooda and drinks. Any outlet they have offers the same standards of taste and services. It is the same level of service attitudes that we find here at Kalibata Square. The wait staff are friendly and know what they are doing. Always live their Dimsum fiesta offer which they rotate monthly. However, I wish they would bring Lumpia sayur menu back. It hasn't been available for about a year and I don't think it is...

I like the food here but the way I see it they badly need to improve their services. the waiting time at their outlets are one of the craziest. in addition, they dont seem like they have a system to manage the order so ur order might come to u anytime faster or way too late, perhaps depending on ur luck. I do love the food here despite this lousy service. However I am not always fit to be able to wait patiently just to wait...
