Nice budget hotel. Stay here for 3 weeks and here's my review: friendly & helpful staff, although sometimes they're not available in the receptionist area strategic place in quiet area, still in the heart of south jakarta clean room and bathroom AC went very well, but sometimes it turn off and on by itself shower, hot and cold went very well get refilled toiletries & mineral water everyday tv and wifi went very well there is sofa in each floor love the lighting anw stay in room 23. and i like it. near by the balcony and can get natural light when i open the curtain
kinda small room but still a good value electricity socket is not in a strategic place. why does it has to be under the table? so difficult to reach it, have to bring extention cable by myself there is tissue without the box. have to request it over and over again to get refilled change the air freshener in receptionist room pls. smell like a bus and make me nausea. why using orange stella instead of other variant? no lift so have to climbing the stairs. but its not a big problem no pantry and chiller here, just a dispenser in the basement the linen is clean anyway, but the color of it already turn to yellowish when i ask to daily cleaning, the staff only cleaning the room without the bathroom. so i have to request it please clean the drawer, mirror, and the sink. it so dirty when i check in, i opened the bathroom and there are some mosquito jing sometimes they're run out of the towel. kinda funny bcs how can a hotel didnt have enough towel

Pagi hari saya komplain ke front officenya, seorang perempuan berjilbab, dia menjawab: "Iya Pak, lagi habis. Ini mau minta ke boss." Mengucapkan kata "Maaf" saja tidak. Dan saya memutuskan check out malam harinya karena belum bisa mandi. Sangat mengecewakan pelayanannya. Setelah mengambil deposit saya Rp 100.000, saya beri masukan bagaimana merespon pelanggan yang minta haknya karena sudah membayar lunas biaya sewa kamar hotelnya untuk 2 malam. Front officenya juga seperti pasrah saja dengan keadaan. Untuk pemilik hotelnya, mohon untuk memberikan pelatihan yang memadai bagi staf Anda. Tamu Anda datang dari berbagai latar belakang dan pengalaman. Kalo masuk ke bisnis perhotelan, seharusnya paham bagaimana menjaga pelanggan agar tetap mau kembali ke hotel Anda berulang-ulang. Untuk RedDoorz, tolong fokusnya jangan hanya mempromosikan saja, tapi di kontrol juga dong kualitas hotelnya. Awal-awal saja bagus, setelah beberapa tahun kualitasnya tidak standar.
