Surprised and dissapointed at the same time, have been eating at Imperial Kitchen in many other place but at this spot the portion are way smaller and the food is mostly bland. The Yang Chow Fried rice is under seasoned and did not have any shrimp in it, for the Shrimp Mayonaisse also not as good in any other Imperial Kitchen followed by un seasoned (i guess) Mie Bebek Panggang that i used to eat without any condiment, and for this time I need to use their chilli oil to eat them (i can not stand too spicy food). Ulasan jujur nih tanpa promo apa2. Saya langganan disini sejak 2023 (hampir seminggu sekali) sampai salah satu waitressnya hafal. Applause buat mba Qonita yg selalu ramah, ceria, helpful, dan informatif walaupun pasti capek bgt, karena sejauh ini saya lihat jumlah waitress waiternya sedikit sekali. Sehat dan berkah selalu ya mba Qonita.

Imperial adalah comfort food saya sejak dulu. Saya sudah coba imperial di berbagai tempat. Di transmart awalnya rasa chili oilnya beda sendiri dan kurang lezat. Beberapa waktu ini baru jadi lebih baik. Gak tau apakah chili oil diracik oleh chef setempat?

Kalau rasa makanan normal enak sesuai standar imperial dimana2. Tp pernah 1x makanan kami belum datang dalam 30 menit, padahal meja sebelah yg baru pesan sudah datang makanannya. Kondisi tidak ramai. Tp staffnya langsung minta maaf dengan ramah kok.
