J.CO — Restaurant in Jakarta

Not quite happy as I got different variants from what I ordered, without confirmation. Never happened before at other branches.

When I came, only a few variants are available. So I asked if they can make what I requested in an hour or two, as I'm going to do groceries at the supermarket. They agreed and I left notes on which variants I ordered. I clearly stated I ONLY like and buy filled donuts. I paid for 2 dozens and 1 slice of red velvet.

Later when I picked up, they didn't reconfirm the variants, they just showed me 2 boxes and then sealed them. They also almost forgot the red velvet if I didn't remind them.

When I got home and unboxed them, I just found out that 8 of the donuts aren't filled donuts like I ordered.

Also, sorry for the 3* for the food. JCo donuts has been always the best. But in this branch somehow they weren't made as neatly as at other places where I ordered, both in form and in glazing.

This will be a lesson for me, that next time I ordered JCo again, I really need to carefully keep an eye and really2 make sure that I got what I ordered instead to trust them with my order list, specially at...

I thoroughly enjoy this establishment. The internet service is impressively reliable, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, there is one minor drawback that slightly mars the overall experience. There is a consistent and rather bothersome noise emanating from one of their machines, though I'm uncertain whether it's a coffee maker or a dishwasher. Really disappointed with the service. The employee named Adisti was rude, wore excessive makeup, was not helpful at all, did not apologize when corrected, and was unfriendly. If there is no genuine intention to serve, then don’t work as a frontliner. Completely different from the friendly staff who served me before.
