Worst experience ever in KFC!

I visited today Nov 5 for a quick grab. Order no. 64080 through machine 13.12.. Mozza roll, 2 pcs ori chicken and burger package for 2, total IDR 104K. Food has not ready by 13.36. From the space is empty till it is crowded. Had to cancelled due to irrational waiting time. for such a big n new KFC outlet, your services is too long compare to other KFC outlet even the small one near my home in Hypermart Puri. Furthermore, after telling them we need To cancel, it took another 10 minute to refund, meanwhile our order still has not even ready and until we left, no apologies from the staff and manager.
