Excellent service, delicious foods. They use an app based ordering system, in which we can see the menu, order, and even make payment through it. Make sure to download the Pizza Hut Indonesia app before visiting one of their branches.

Conveniently, the app can be used to order delivery and take-away. It has a point (slice) system that can be redeemed with free food once a certain number of "slices" has been collected. I redeemed a free glass of Coca Cola 🥤.

Online and credit card payments can be done through the app. Surely, they still accept cash.

The place is compact, but, spacy enough to move around. There's a comfy musholla inside, with ablution faucets (tempat wudhu) right next to it. Plenty of parking space that can even fit a-bus-or-two.

I ordered the Chicken Oriental Spaghetti, and also tried their Creamy Truffle, Beef Lasagna, Baked Chicken Chunks, and American Favourite Pizza. All of them tasted great. However, it seems like they have shrunk the size of the portion. Compared to the pre-pandemic, the portion was distinctly bigger.

Vibes is good. But received not so pleasant attitude from one of the employee. I asked for chili sauce, she gave it to me by slamming it to my table. And my wife asked for menu from the same person because we wanted to order for take away, and she said it has to be ordered from the take away counter directly. By the time my wife got there, the other employee told it can be ordered through any waiters. Okey I get if she's tired, but is in her job description isn't it? I'm tired too because of my jobs but doesn't mean I cant behave politely, or you just judge people by their looks? (Fyi, I was wearing shorts and rest of my family in casual style). I came here around iftar time, restaurant is full. i order salad bar, before order i ask if there still a lot varian in salad bar and they said yes. When I go to get my salad, there is a lot empty varian like egg; potato, apple, jelly and other. So I ask the waiter why so many empty, and he said they will refill it, and I can get the empty one after they refill.
