If you're going to come during Ramadan, please do reserve first. And ASK OFTEN about your order until you're tired if you want your order come in a decent time. (Tip: Sort the review by the lowest first)
Will i come again?, probably if someone is paying my meals and during normal weekdays. Not on the weekend, not during Ramadan ever again.
I walk in at 4pm and being told that the order could come at 18.30 max. We're okay about it.
We're about to order the Ramadan package and they said it's closed for order. Again, we're okay about it.
We ordered buldak chicken, ramyun, sundubu jjigae & ice tea in one pitcher.
And we asked SEVERAL times if sundubu jjigae came with rice or not, they said yes & no need to order add ons.
The tea came at 17.53, totally fine about it.
But, 18.30 we asked, and asked, and asked about our food, they said, wait a minute and repeat. We're no longer hungry but in a survival mode because we do have gerd. But luckily one of us bring chocolates and saved our life. Tho it's chocolate & not good in an empty stomach.
The food came in 19.02 exact. An hour after adzan. Meanwhile the food for everybody that already reserved came at 17.30. It's probably cold already when they ate that.
And nobody is saying sorry. Just one person, probably it's only because we're kinda mad (crazy) and joking by saying "oh kirain datengnya buat saur"
Until this, i want to give 2 stars for the service and 3 for the food.
But when no rice come with sundubu, i asked again, and it came. And i just found out that he didn't even ask me if i wanted to pay more or if it's additional menu or not, he just gave me to shut me off and added that in the bills i paid. Thanks for not asking. I was okay eating without rice, we didn't finish the food anyway because we're way more uncomfortable & kinda crazy & laughed at what has happened to us lol.
And they asked for a review on paper, we literally wrote what our thoughts. They're saying sorry AFTER read it.
Now for me, the service is 1 star. I'm sorry, i hope when you read the bad reviews on google, you didn't only apologize with template because i don't need that but REALLY please improve your service. If you sortir the reviewed based on the star, you should really really start doing things to improve...

it was saturday night, we arrived at the sight of dirty dishes near the outdoor seating (2nd floor). all the tables were dirty, bad sign indeed but we tried to understand since probably the staffs are busy downstairs. we called one of them to clean up our table, it was a guy in all black attire, he took up the dirty plates but forgot to actually clean all the sauce stains on our table, hence we decided to just move downstairs since we thought it was cleaner.
once we sat downstairs we asked for the menu then started to order- still the same guy, wrote down our order and went to (what we thought) process it. however, 15 mins later he informed us that one of our order was not available. took you long enough to communicate this in the first place huh? such a waste of time. after that, we changed our order to the available one.
it took half an hour to get one of the drinks to come, then we had to wait for another long minutes- had to ask them multiple times if our order has been made, which yet it hasn't still. please be aware that within our time waiting, they also gave us the wrong order- which supposedly was for another customer. they did it to another table as well. they were awfully confused with all the orders taken, very stupid. i don't understand the SOP, just super dumb in my point.
after almost an hour and a half, our order hasn't been completed yet, so we decided to just cancel everything. we went to ask to see the manager/supervisor in charged that night, and we complained about how unpleasant our experience was. we just wanted to make sure that the staffs are actually working! they seemed very unfocus and kept on getting all the orders mixed up and came up late.
we then spoke to talita, the spv, and she offered us for a free order in exchange, we repeatedly refused, as it's not our purpose- to get a free meal, we still wanted to pay for the one drink that's served to us. however finally we accepted it, and took it for their blunder.
please evaluate the SOP and run a better service system, train all your staffs to stay focus on their duty. we can comprehend a short-staffed situation, but this was beyond acceptable for us. we pay for a service fee here, we expected more than this...
Read moreThis is my second visit after my first one in May 2024. I brought my family with me cause my first visit was satisfactory and I wanted them to try it as well. Unfortunately after my second visit today, I had to give them 3 stars :(
The restaurant this afternoon was very crowded. I was put on a waiting list with 4 names lining up before mine. The waiting area was very, very improper. They put us on the second floor that seemed not properly maintained, dirty, unorganized and not air-conditioned. I really hope they listen and improve this. It took us 1 hour to finally get a table, and the waiting was NOT FUN.
The table they got us was on the first floor which is their main floor. The dining area was not that big, and there was not much of gap between one table and another. It almost felt like you were sharing tables with strangers :(
Thankfully, the food was still as impressive as my last visit. We ordered kimchi-jjigae, tteokbokki and dakgalbi. We wanted to try their best-selling Ufo Chickin, but the staff said they were still defrozing the chicken and, therefore, could not take any incoming order for Ufo Chickin.
They served various options of drinks, ranging from coffee, tea, smoothies to many kinds of milk-based drinks. I got myself Iced Honey Yuzu, and it was not bad. For desserts, we tried their gelato. WE LOVED IT!! We tried three flavours, and our favorite goes to Kinder Bueno.
Despite the inconvenience I experienced today, I still look forward to my next visit to this restaurant as I'm still craving their Ufo Chickin. Hope...
